In the past few weeks I’ve been on a mission to find the best pizza in town, and taste tested over 12 crusts. From wood-fire ovens to deep dish pan pizza style, I’ve sampled it all.

#1 Merlins Pizza

The place has a pretty basic setup, but the pizza is truly something special. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, and the sauce is just the right amount of acidic and sweet. Toppings were generously portioned and of great quality.

Service was also fantastic. My server was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. She even went out of her way to give me some great recommendations for what she thought were the best pies on the menu – boy, was she right!

Highly recommend Merlins Pizza if you’re ever in Miramar Beach FL looking for some seriously delicious pizza. Trust me, it’s worth it!

The decor in the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a classic Italian theme. The servers are extremely friendly and helpful, offering great advice about what to order.

And let’s talk about the food – it is simply amazing! My favorite option is the “Pazzo Special” which has prosciutto, tomatoes, mushrooms and mozzarella – all perfectly cooked. The crust has the perfect amount of crunchiness and the flavors blend together perfectly.

I had a chance to try some of their other pizzas as well, including their famed white pizza. It was delicious! The flavor combinations were unique but still satisfying.

#3 Buffalo Jack’s Legendary Wings & Pizza

Let me be clear – this is not your average pizza joint. Not only is the crust baked to perfection, but they offer a wide variety of toppings and sauces to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Plus, the atmosphere and decor match their tasty food – it’s warm and inviting with plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game or show.

But what really puts Buffalo Jack’s Legendary Wings & Pizza over the top is their other offerings. They are one of the few pizza places around that serves alcohol, as well as offering a children’s menu with more than just greasy cheese slices. If you’re in the mood for something sweet to finish off your meal, their dessert selection will satisfy any craving!

The only downside I can think of is that there’s no delivery option, so if you want a taste of Buffalo Jack’s Legendary Wings & Pizza you’ll have to come inside and enjoy it in-house. The pizza was absolutely delicious- the perfect combination of fresh ingredients, a yet flavorful sauce and just the right amount of cheese. My favorite variety was their Hawaiian Supreme, with plenty of sweet pineapple slices and savory ham pieces. In addition, all of their pies have a unique, crispy crust that’s sure to please any pizza lover!

But my favorite part is their wide selection of unique toppings. They offer anything from roasted green pepper and capers to pineapple jalapenos and vegan sausage crumbles. No matter what your taste buds are craving they have something that’ll satisfy your need for the best pizza in Miramar Beach FL.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had exactly what I wanted on my pie (and a few extra cheesy garlic knots for good measure!). The atmosphere was inviting too- it felt like being welcomed into an old friend’s kitchen.

#5 Grimaldi’s Pizzeria

When I went in, the atmosphere was great! Sports were playing on multiple TVs, people were laughing and chatting, and there was even a kid’s menu for the little ones. You felt like you were walking into a true Italian pizzeria.

I started with some of their amazing drinks; they serve beer, wine, and even hard liquor! My favorite combo is the beer and pizza – what could be better?

The pizza options are vast – you’ll find something to satisfy everyone. From vegetarian options to pepperoni lovers’ paradise, they’ve got something perfect for taste buds of all kinds. Everything was cooked to perfection making it one of the best pies I’ve ever had!

Plus, they have insanely good desserts too so don’t forget to save room if you go here!

The only downside is that they don’t deliver (but it’s still worth going out for). It’s a great spot for tourists wanting an authentic Italian experience or locals looking for a place to watch sports with friends.

#6 Hungry Howie’s Pizza

The first thing I noticed upon entering the restaurant were the delicious aromas. The crust is freshly made, the flavor combinations are creative and varied, and their commitment to quality is clearly evident. The pies were cooked to perfection with a nice crispy crust and plenty of cheese.

I sampled more than one pie during my visit, and each one was just as amazing as the last. From classic pepperoni to unique topping combinations like barbecue chicken or Greek-style feta, there’s something for everyone here. All of the toppings are fresh, flavorful and generously applied – no skimping on ingredients here!

I have to say that Hungry Howie’s Pizza truly has some of the best pizza in Miramar Beach FL. The prices are reasonable and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for on the menu. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit too! Highly recommended if you’re ever in the area craving great pizza.

#7 RedBrick Pizza

The atmosphere of RedBrick Pizza was inviting and cozy, with authentic brick ovens tucked into the corner of the restaurant. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, offering recommendations on what to try.

We were so impressed by the delicious aroma that wafted through the air as soon as we walked in. I opted for their specialty – a pepperoni and sausage pizza topped off with fresh mushrooms and green peppers.

My slice arrived hot and fresh from the oven, just minutes later. The crust was perfectly golden brown, with just enough crunch. The toppings were plentiful and flavorful – especially when paired with their house-made tomato sauce!

In conclusion, RedBrick Pizza is definitely one of the best pizzerias I have been to in Miramar Beach FL. Their expert craftsmanship and attention to detail are clear in each slice, which is why it has earned my stamp of approval!

#8 Pizza by the Sea at Market Shops of Sandestin

Although the restaurant offers a variety of options, there are two main items that I sampled on my visit: the famous pepperoni pizza and the signature Mediterranean. I can officially declare that both pizzas are of the highest quality and rank among the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted!

The pepperoni pizza is simply amazing. The crust is perfectly thin and crisped with a golden hue. The cheese is thick, gooey, and plentiful enough that it almost drips onto your plate as you cut into it! As for the toppings, they were loaded high with fresh pepperoni that had just enough zest to make it flavorful without being overpowering.

The Mediterranean was equally delicious. Loaded with fresh vegetables like tomatoes and onions, this pizza also came with special feta cheese blend adding an extra special taste. It was definitely a good change of pace from traditional pizzas.

The atmosphere at Pizza by the Sea was warm and inviting, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends. And if you’re looking for a casual night out, their outdoor dining area can’t be beat! Plus their prices are reasonable considering all of the ingredients used in their pizzas.

#9 Marco’s Pizza

From the first bite, I knew Marco’s was something special. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy and the sauce has just the right amount of tangy sweetness. Their selection of toppings was also spot on, ranging from classic pepperoni to creative combinations like my personal favorite, sausage and avocado.

The atmosphere at Marco’s adds to the experience – while not too noisy or overwhelming, there’s an energetic buzz that makes dining in a pleasure. Plus, their casual attire policy means no tie-dye T-shirts here!

Best of all was Marco himself. He greeted us warmly and took great care to ensure our pizza experience was top notch. To top it off, he even treated us to dessert (the tiramisu really hit the spot!).

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was inviting and friendly. The staff was amazing, taking my order quickly and efficiently. Even more impressive was their knowledge of the menu – they recommended a few signature dishes for me to try that went above and beyond what I expected!

Once I got my order, it didn’t take long to realize why Roberto’s has a reputation for having some of the best pizza in Miramar Beach FL. From the thick sauce to the generous toppings, each bite was flavorful and delicious. Plus, the oven-baked crust was cooked perfectly – golden brown with a crunchy texture!

Overall, I’d highly recommend Roberto’s Pizzeria Sports Bar & Grill in Miramar Beach FL if you’re looking for an unforgettable pizza experience – hands down one of the best places to grab a slice around here!

#11 Papa Johns Pizza

I recently visited the local Papa Johns and was immediately met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

The pizzas were all mouth-watering. From the classic cheese to their signature stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, I couldn’t get enough! The toppings were also fresh, scrumptious and generous. I especially enjoyed their garlic parmesan sauce – it was a perfect compliment to the savory flavors of my pizza slice.

My side order of cheesy breadsticks was totally over the top! These were some of the best I’ve ever had – they were soft, buttery and oh-so-delicious! The dipping sauces (marinara, ranch, & buffalo) added even more flavor to this already tasty treat.

The secret to their perfect combination of tangy sauce, rich melted cheese, and a flaky crust is all in the preparation. Every slice is cooked to perfection giving you that ideal flavor and texture. The toppings are always fresh – as if they just came out of the garden.

I can confidently say that Pizza Hut serves up some of the best pizza I’ve ever tried! And it fits every budget. From single slices to family-sized pizzas, everyone can enjoy a cheesy, delicious meal at an affordable price.

On top of all that, the staff at Pizza Hut are some of the friendliest I’ve met while on my travels around the world. They go out of their way to make sure their customers have an enjoyable experience from their first bite to their last!
