I’m not sure what their secret is, but the crust and cheese are always cooked to perfection. Plus, you can enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine with your pizza – something you don’t find at many places these days.
The atmosphere is quaint and inviting, making it a great tourist spot in the heart of Boston’s North End. And if you don’t want to eat inside, you can take your meal to go and enjoy it in one of the nearby parks.
The only downside? No delivery service. But I’d say that’s a small price to pay for some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!

The restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every ingredient used in the pizzas is fresh and flavorful, and you can taste the difference in every bite. I went in with high expectations and I was not disappointed. The pizza here was cooked to perfection! The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were plenty. I had a veggie pizza with loads of mushrooms, peppers and onions – it was delicious!
But the highlight of my meal was their signature dessert – a giant cinnamon sugar cookie covered in soft-serve ice cream! It made for an amazing end to an already perfect dinner. After dinner, I couldn’t help but notice that the restaurant had a row of arcade games along one wall. I would have stayed to play them if it wasn’t getting so late!

I’d heard about this restaurant for a while, so I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The pizza crust was thin and crunchy, the sauce had just the right amount of sweetness, and the cheese melted perfectly over each slice.
The staff at Regina Pizzeria were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They even let me take my still-warm slice with me as I left!
Though it might not be true Neapolitan style (as my Italian friends would be quick to point out), the flavor combinations were expertly crafted. From the classic margarita to more adventurous pies like their truffle topped version – they have something for everyone’s taste buds!
Overall, I highly recommend giving Regina Pizzeria a shot if you’re ever in town, as they make some of the best pizza in New England. Plus, you get great customer service to boot!

The pizza at Sal’s definitely lives up to the hype. Their thin crust pizzas are made with freshly sourced ingredients that add flavor and texture. They also have creative topping combinations like BBQ chicken, ranch and onion… so good!
But the best part about Sal’s is their staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! They truly care about giving customers an amazing experience – from getting your order just right to offering great customer service.

The crust was perfectly thin and the cheese melted in my mouth. The toppings were even better – I discovered a whole new appreciation for pepperoni.

#9 Santarpio’s Pizza
- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)
- Nice tourist spot
The first time I stopped in to Santarpio’s, I was captivated by the old-fashioned atmosphere. The floors were tiled and the walls were adorned with 1950s era memorabilia including pictures of celebrities who had dined there in the past. It was like a step back in time!
The pizza has an incredible variety of toppings, each one cooked to perfection. My favorite is their classic pepperoni, though they also have some delicious veggie options as well. The crust is thin and crispy, but still thick enough to keep all the flavors together.
But of course, what really sets Santarpio’s apart from other pizzerias is its friendly staff. All the employees are always smiling and happy to answer any questions you may have about the menu or ingredients. And if you’re feeling brave – try their famous garlic bread! Smothered in butter and garlic oil it’s sure to satisfy your taste buds!

#10 New England Pizza
- Has a kid’s menu
- Offers dessert
- Nice tourist spot
- Serves alcohol
My first bite of the classic cheese pizza was perfection. They don’t overload it with sauce, so you can still appreciate the subtle balance of flavors. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and airy on the inside, as if it had been made by a master craftsman.
The pepperoni offering also impressed me. It comes topped with large slices of fennel-infused Italian sausage, red onions, and a generous helping of cheese goodness that oozes from underneath the thick layer of pepperoni. The flavor combination is out of this world!
New England Pizza has become my go-to spot for pizza night. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and they never skimp on toppings or quality ingredients. Plus, they offer up some delicious sides like their garlic knots which will make your taste buds jump for joy!

I’ll start off with the atmosphere: it’s a classic, old-school Italian restaurant. There’s red-checkered tablecloths and red-sauce paintings hung up on the walls — all making you feel like you’ve stepped back in time! Plus, there’s a lively staff that keeps things fun and entertaining.
Now let’s talk about the pizza! It truly is some of the best I’ve ever had. They make their pizzas using fresh ingredients and lots of love.
