#1 Cucina Caprese Pizzeria & Trattoria

I was really impressed with their selection. Not only do they have a great variety of pizzas, but they also offer some pretty tasty vegetarian options. The mushroom and arugula pizza was particularly delicious.

Another bonus is the booze—they have a full bar, so you can enjoy an ice cold beer or glass of wine with your pizza. I always judge a place on its dessert offerings, and Cucina Caprese did not disappoint in that department either. I highly recommend the tiramisu if you’re looking for something sweet after your meal!

The only downside to this restaurant is that they don’t offer delivery—but trust me, it’s worth it to make the drive down to Point Loma to try out the best pizza in town!

I recently visited this charming little pizza joint and can honestly say I’ve never had a better-tasting pizza. The pepperoni and mushroom combination on my pie was especially divine!
