I’m here to taste the pizza for you to determine which place serves up the best slice in Rehoboth Beach. I’ve had pizza all around the world, and I’m excited to see how the 12 places I’ll be reviewing measure up.

#1 Ava’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar – Rehoboth Beach

The first thing I noticed was the atmosphere. The restaurant offers a fun, family-friendly spot for tourists, with a kid’s menu and plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself. I also have to give a big thumbs up for the fact that they offer alcohol (and hard liquor!) – it definitely adds to the experience!

As far as the food goes, Ava’s did not disappoint! They had a great selection of pizza options including some vegetarian options. And don’t forget about dessert – it was delicious!

My only critique would be that there is no delivery option available. But then again, who needs delivery when you can enjoy such great pizza in such an awesome spot?

All in all, if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Rehoboth Beach, Ava’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar is definitely worth checking out!

#2 DaNizza Wood Fired Pizza – Reho

The restaurant is a great tourist destination, offering delicious Italian-style pizzas cooked in traditional wood-fired ovens. The pizza dough was perfectly crispy and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful.

Although it’s a bit painful to admit as a food critic, I have to mention that my favorite part was probably not the pizza – it was their dessert! If you’re looking for something sweet and delicious after your meal, DaNizza is definitely a great choice.

I should note that DaNizza does not offer delivery services, so if you want to enjoy their pizza, you’ll need to take a trip to Rehoboth Beach. Thankfully, the experience is worth it – this place has some of the best pizza in town!

#3 Crust & Craft

It was immediately apparent that the team at Crust & Craft loves what they do – from their friendly and informative staff to the beautifully crafted pies in the ovens. The pizza is made with organic locally sourced ingredients, ensuring you get top quality for a great price.

I’m a sucker for hand-tossed pizzas and this place goes above and beyond. Their classic Margherita has a perfect balance of sauce and cheese – truly divine. But don’t forget to try their unique specialty pizzas – they invent something new every month!

The atmosphere at Crust & Craft is also special: the music playing in the background, the wood-burning oven giving off a pleasant smell that’s impossible to resist, and all of it tucked away in an intimate corner just off Rehoboth Ave. It’s cozy and inviting, making it easy to sit down with friends and enjoy your meal.

Without a doubt, Crust & Craft makes some of the best pizza in Rehoboth Beach. The next time you’re trying to decide where to eat pizza – go here first!

#4 Nicola Pizza

The atmosphere was great. It’s a nice tourist spot, and it’s a great place to watch sports. Plus the fact that they serve alcohol (including hard liquor!) makes it even better.

The menu had something for everyone, kids included with its kid’s menu and vegetarians with some vegetarian options. And I can’t forget about dessert!

The pizza was delicious! The crust was light yet crisp and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. They had plenty of signature pies, as well as build-your-own options. In short, there’s something for everyone here at Nicola Pizza!

The only downside I found was that they don’t offer delivery – but honestly, why would you want to have it delivered when you can come in and enjoy the atmosphere yourself?

Overall, Nicola Pizza is undoubtedly one of the best pizza places in Rehoboth Beach – highly recommended!

#5 Mr. P’s Pizzeria

I was very impressed with the selection of pizzas they had. From classic cheese to a spicy pepperoni, they obviously put a lot of thought into creating their menu. Plus, they offer a great kids’ menu, as well as dessert and alcohol — what more could you ask for?

The atmosphere at Mr. P’s is great too, making it an excellent spot for tourists. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the restaurant itself is clean and tidy.

My only complaint (if you can call it that!) is that they don’t offer delivery service. But if you’re looking for delicious pizza in the area, I’d recommend visiting Mr. P’s without hesitation — I certainly won’t be forgetting about them anytime soon!

#6 Grotto Pizza

The first thing that sets Grotto Pizza apart from the competition is their crust. It’s light and crispy, with just the right amount of crunch. The sauce is like a sweet tomato bliss, and the cheese is just as perfect as can be.

The topping selection also stands out from your average pizza joint. You can get it all at Grotto: From fresh veggies to succulent meats, there’s something for everyone here. In fact, I’m pretty sure I heard someone order an anchovy pizza once – my taste buds quivered in anticipation!

The atmosphere isn’t bad either – it’s laid-back and family friendly. Plus, the staff are always courteous and attentive – they make sure you have everything you need during your meal.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Grotto Pizza to anyone looking for great pizza in Rehoboth Beach. They’re consistently churning out some of the best pies around!

#7 Louie’s Pizza

I was immediately won over by the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in.

Now, let’s talk about the pizza! The crust was light, crispy and perfectly cooked – it had just the right amount of crunch. The topping combinations were unique and delicious. One of my favorites was their version of a ‘BBQ’ pizza with chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese and a slightly sweet BBQ sauce. It was so good that I wanted to try it again that very same night!

On top of all this, Louie’s Pizza delivers on time and with a smile! What more could you ask for?

#8 Pizza Villa

I was highly impressed with the quality of their ingredients, the freshness of their dough, and the flavors that combined for a truly satisfying experience. The waitress who served me was super friendly and helpful in making sure I had a great meal.

When it comes to toppings, Pizza Villa has everything from pepperoni to exotic vegetables from around the world. No matter what you’re in the mood for, they’ve got you covered!

The atmosphere at Pizza Villa is cozy and inviting – perfect for a nice family dinner or catching up with friends. The prices are also quite reasonable for such gourmet pizzas.

All in all, I can confidently say that Pizza Villa has some of the best pizza in Rehoboth Beach – definitely worth checking out if you’re ever in town!

#9 Pete’s Steak Shop

I’m not sure if it’s the sauces they use or the type of cheese they use, but whatever they’re doing at Pete’s is working. The pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust was perfectly crispy and had that delicious crunch I look for in a good pizza.

The toppings were also top notch. There were an array of fresh vegetables that were evenly spread throughout each slice which gave the pizza great flavor and texture. They also had a generous amount of cheese, making each bite heavenly.

If there’s one thing I can say about Pete’s Steak Shop it’s that their pizza is as good as it gets! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for the best pizza in Rehoboth Beach!

I’ve had the pleasure of tasting pizza at some of the world’s finest restaurants and pizzerias, but nothing compares to the special flavors found at Mama Maria’s. Their signature crust is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crunch and golden-brown goodness. It’s topped with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that really make each and every bite irresistible.

The options are almost endless too – from classic cheese to spicy pepperoni, BBQ chicken to vegetarian delights – they have something for everyone. And if you’re looking to upgrade your meal, they also offer a variety of craft beers and wines that pair perfectly with your pizza selection!

I had the pleasure of trying one of their specialty pies from the menu – a classic Margherita – and it was amazing! It was made with fresh, delicious ingredients, and the sauce was simply out of this world. The crust was perfectly cooked to be crispy on the outside but still slightly chewy on the inside.

The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting. It has a wonderful Italian-inspired decor that makes you feel like you’re in Italy. The service is friendly and attentive, yet not too pushy. My waiter even brought me a free appetizer, which I found most charming!

The best part about Casa DiLeo is that they offer both dine-in and take-out options. Whether you want to enjoy their pizza in the comfort of your own home or in the warm atmosphere of their restaurant, they have you covered.

For all my fellow pizza connoisseurs out there – if you ever find yourself in Rehoboth Beach, make sure to pay Casa DiLeo a visit! Their delicious pizza is guaranteed to be one of the best pizzas you’ll ever have!

#12 Grotto Pizza

The first time I tried it, I was immediately blown away. The crust was the perfect mix of thin and chewy. The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and spices that were perfectly balanced. Finally, the toppings were fresh and expertly combined to create full flavor combinations with each bite. It truly was amazing!

I especially appreciated the atmosphere at Grotto Pizza. From its spacious seating area to its lively music, it had a great vibe that made me want to stay and eat more pizza! Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating which made my experience all the better.

Overall, I have to say that my visit to Grotto Pizza has been one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had – I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an incredible pizza experience in Rehoboth Beach!
