I’ve eaten pizza all around the world, so don’t think I’m easily impressed. Luckily, Round Rock didn’t disappoint! I’ve tasted twelve different pizzerias in the area and am ready to share my findings with you.

From deep dish to wood-fired – and everything in between – I’m confident that you’ll find something that tickles your taste buds. So sit back, grab a slice (or two), and let’s talk about the best pizza in Round Rock!

#1 Via 313 Pizza

I was skeptical at first, but after the first bite of their Detroit-style deep dish, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. With a light and fluffy crust, perfectly seasoned toppings, and gooey cheese, this pizza was a treat!

But Via 313 isn’t just about great pizza – they also offer some amazing benefits that make it well worth a visit. They serve alcohol so you can pair your slice with an ice-cold beer or cocktail. Best of all, they have a kid’s menu so the little ones don’t feel left out. They even offer dessert for those who are still hungry after their meal!

The only downside is that they don’t deliver – but that’s okay because their atmosphere is cozy enough to make it worth sitting in the restaurant. Plus, the quality of their pizza more than makes up for having to take it home.

On my visit to Pinthouse Pizza, I was not only impressed by their menu of incredible wood-fired pizzas, but also their numerous benefits that make this spot a great option for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a night out on the town or something to enjoy with your little ones, Pinthouse Pizza has you covered! They serve alcohol, provide a kid’s menu, offer some vegetarian options and even have delicious desserts. Plus, it’s an ideal tourist spot and a great place to watch sports!

However, there’s one downside – no delivery. That being said, Pinthouse Pizza is definitely worth the trip! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, too.

Overall, Pinthouse Pizza serves up some seriously amazing pizza – easily one of the best in Round Rock – so if you’re ever in the area I would highly recommend visiting!

#3 Slapbox Round Rock

When I first stepped into the restaurant, it already had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating and gave me a thorough explanation of their pizza-making process. Plus, they had a wide selection of toppings to choose from – everything from traditional pepperoni to more exotic choices like pineapple and jalapeños.

The next thing I noticed was that Slapbox used freshly sourced ingredients in their pizzas. What really set them apart from the other places I’ve been to was their unique preparation method – they perfectly grilled each slice on an open fire! This gave the pizza an incredibly crisp texture that no other place has been able to match.

To top it off, the prices at Slapbox were quite reasonable for such high quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. All in all, I can confidently say that this is one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had, making it worth a visit if you’re ever in Round Rock looking for some delicious food.

#4 Promise Pizza

I recently visited Promise Pizza, and I was incredibly impressed. From the wood-fired ovens to the cozy atmosphere, it was clear that great care was taken in creating experiences for pizza lovers. The dough is hand-stretched, and the toppings are fresh and delicious.

The cheese pies were my favorite; they had a perfect balance of flavor and texture. But the real star of Promise Pizza is the creative specialty pizzas. From classic variations like pepperoni to more adventurous flavors like Mexican taco pie, there’s something for everyone. The imaginative combinations really bring out a unique flavor!

Overall, I highly recommend Promise Pizza as a destination for pizza lovers in Round Rock. Not only did I find some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted, but the service was friendly and knowledgeable. So go ahead – promise yourself you won’t be disappointed by this incredible pizza joint!

#5 Gino’s Italian Restaurant and Pizza

I started off by having a few drinks from their full-service bar. They have some of the best selection around and the staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to making recommendations.

The pizza itself is simply phenomenal. I had a pepperoni and mushroom pie that was out of this world! The crust was thin and crispy, the cheese was melted just right, and the toppings were fresh without being too greasy. Plus, they offer plenty of vegetarian options too so everyone can enjoy their meal!

Even better than the pizza, however, were the desserts! Gino’s has some insanely good homemade Italian desserts like tiramisu, cannoli and gelato that are worth trying out. They also have a kid’s menu so the whole family can easily be accommodated.

My only complaint is that they don’t offer delivery service; otherwise I’d give them five stars across the board! Still, if you’re visiting Round Rock or live in town, Gino’s Italian Restaurant and Pizza is definitely worth checking out for yourself – you won’t be disappointed with their delicious food!

#6 Niki’s Pizza

From the moment I stepped in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, and there was a nice selection of local beers on tap.

When it came to the main event – the pizza – I wasn’t disappointed. They offer several classic options like margherita, peperoni and veggie pizzas, as well as some more creative choices like the pepperoni & bacon pizza or the garlic chicken pizza. I tried them all and can honestly say that each one was delicious. The crust was perfectly thin and light, while the toppings were generous and flavorful.

I also had a chance to try their appetizers and desserts, which were also top-notch. Their garlic knots are especially worth mentioning as they have a unique spin on classic garlic knots that made them extra addicting!

Overall, Niki’s Pizza is an excellent place for anyone looking for some of the best pizza in Round Rock!

#7 Palermo Pasta House

I’m a firm believer in the craft of pizza, so it’s no wonder that I was so excited when I heard about Palermo Pasta House. The moment I walked in the door, I could smell the doughy aroma of freshly made pizza. The restaurant is cozy, with a warm atmosphere, and all the staff were incredibly friendly.

The menu features an impressive selection of pizzas—from classic Margheritas to speciality pies like the White Clam Pie and Garden Vegetable Pie. Each pie is served with the finest ingredients and made fresh to order. I opted for the Artichoke and Spinach Pizza and it was an absolute delight! The thin crust was crispy around the edges and light yet flavorful inside. The toppings were generous but not overdone, letting each flavor shine through gracefully.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a complete meal at Palermo Pasta House without trying their house-made pasta dishes as well! They offer everything from Fettuccine Alfredo to Ravioli di Zucca—all crafted with perfection by their experienced chefs. To top it off, they even have a wide selection of craft beers on tap!

If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Round Rock—or even West Texas—then look no further than Palermo Pasta House! This cozy little spot has something for everyone—the food is delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and everyone who works there is happy to help make sure you have a great experience.

#8 Sortino’s Italian Kitchen

I was incredibly impressed by the selection of alcohol they have, including hard liquor! I’ve never seen that at a pizza restaurant before.

The kid’s menu is especially top-notch and my nieces absolutely loved it. And for those with dietary restrictions, they offer some really tasty vegetarian options.

And the thing that really seals the deal for me? THE DESSERTS! Let me tell you, their desserts are insanely good. They’re like little bites of heaven!

Unfortunately, they don’t do delivery, so you’ll have to come into the restaurant or get takeout if you want to enjoy Sortino’s Italian Kitchen. But trust me, it’s worth it! It’s hands down some of the best pizza in Round Rock.

#9 Pizza Delight

The first thing that stands out is the quality of the dough. It’s light and airy, with a nice crispness on the bottom. The cheese is just the right amount and has an almost creamy texture when melted. As for toppings – they put a generous amount and you can really taste each one without it overpowering the pizza.

The atmosphere at Pizza Delight is also worth mentioning. There’s something special about dining in a 1930s style pizzeria that evokes nostalgia even among non-natives. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure that your experience is a good one.

To sum it up, I believe Pizza Delight truly serves some of the best pizza in Round Rock! If you’re ever in town, be sure to stop by and give this place a try – you won’t regret it!

#10 Original Brooklyn Pie Co.

I recently made a stop at the restaurant and was not disappointed. The atmosphere felt like a classic Brooklyn pizzeria, from the hip-hop playing in the background to the extensive menu written on the wall.

The pizza itself was incredible. I had the Margherita pizza and it was as close to perfection as you can get. The thin crust had just the right amount of crunch, with a slightly charred edge for a hint of smoky flavor. The tomato sauce was savory and flavorful, while the fresh mozzarella melted effortlessly on top of it.

The service at Original Brooklyn Pie Co. is top notch too; my server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive – making sure I got exactly what I wanted.

#11 Mr Gatti’s Pizza

I was blown away by the quality of the pizza, not to mention the laid-back vibe of the restaurant. Every table has its own TV, which was great for those who wanted to catch up on some sports while they ate.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming – they really made me feel at home. The menu had an impressive variety of different pizzas, from traditional margarita to more daring combinations like ‘Mexicana’. I ended up going with a classic pepperoni and cheese slice and it did not disappoint!

The crust was perfectly crispy, and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. Perhaps what impressed me most of all was the sheer quality of ingredients used – the pepperoni tasted incredibly fresh and delicious.

#12 WARPATH PIZZA & PUB

My first impression was that the restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere. It’s a great place to grab a beer and watch the game while you wait for your pizza to arrive – which didn’t take long at all! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they made sure we were taken care of promptly.

I ordered their signature combo: chile-lime chicken, tomato salsa, jalapeno peppers, salami, red onion, and cilantro. Wow! This pizza was packed with flavor! The crust was crispy yet chewy (just how I like it) and the combination of toppings was perfect – not too spicy but still enough of a kick to leave me wanting more.

The prices are also quite reasonable – especially considering the high quality of the food. Plus, they have great happy hour specials throughout the week. What can I say? WARPATH PIZZA & PUB has really found its way into my heart as one of the best pizzerias in Round Rock!
