The restaurant has a great ambience, with a cozy Italian feel that makes it seem like you’ve been transported to Italy. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite the number of people who came in.
Now onto the pizza. It’s simply amazing! From the thin and crispy crust, to the savory toppings and bubbling cheese – each bite was a true culinary delight. I had their specialty “Amore” – a combination of white sauce, gorgonzola, mozzarella, caramelized onions and mushrooms – which was absolutely divine.
I’d highly recommend That’s Amore SF as the best pizza place in South San Francisco – so grab some friends and have an awesome time!

This pizzeria had me in awe from the moment I walked in. The interior is sophisticated with a rustic Italian feel, and thanks to the glass-enclosed wood fire oven, you get a delicious aroma as soon as you enter.
The menu selection was great and I found myself experimenting with all the different varieties. My favorite was the Margherita with San Marzano tomatoes – it had a nice balance of sweetness and tartness that I haven’t experienced at any other pizza joint.
I also have to mention their signature ‘pinsa’ pizza – a light yet crisp Roman-style pizza made from an interesting blend of flours. It’s something special that you have to try if you’re ever in San Fran!
The service was top notch as well. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the food, so they were able to help me when deciding what to order.

I’ve been to some pretty amazing pizza places, and Golden Boy Pizza certainly holds up to its reputation. From the moment you walk in, the delicious smell of pizza cooking tantalizes your senses. The decor is fun and inviting – it definitely feels like a true Italian restaurant!
The pizzas are great – thin crusts with fresh ingredients that truly stand out. I got the San Fran special which comes topped with pepperoni and olives. It was cooked to perfection – the sauce was flavorful and the cheese had just the right amount of gooeyness.
My friends were all impressed too. They tried several other pies, including a few specialties like their signature clam pie. Everyone was raving about how good their food tasted!

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the bar serves great microbrews to go with your pie. Plus, there are vegetarian options available, which is always a plus for my herbivore friends.
But more importantly, the pizza itself is insanely good! The crust is perfectly cooked, the cheese is flavorful and gooey, and the toppings are top-notch. I especially love their signature combination of truffle oil and fig jam—it’s truly remarkable! On top of that, their desserts are out of this world. Be sure to save room for one if you can.
My only complaint about Pizzetta 211 is that they don’t offer delivery. That being said, the pizza is totally worth going out of your way for! All in all, it’s without a doubt one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to and definitely worth checking out if you’re in San Fran.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The classic pepperoni and cheese cheeseburger pizzas were some of the best I’ve ever tasted – the crust was light and crunchy, the toppings flavorful, and there’s plenty of cheese to go around. They also have a variety of vegetarian options, so no matter your diet you’ll be sure to find something delicious.
The atmosphere is great – it’s a perfect place for both groups and couples. And if you’re looking for a drink after dinner, they serve both beer and hard liquor!
But one downside is that there isn’t any delivery. You’ll have to do take-out or dine in if you want to get DAMNFiNE pizza!

As soon as I stepped inside, I was immediately captivated by the heavenly scents of Italian herbs and freshly baked pizza dough. The decor was cozy and inviting, with Italian music playing in the background.
The menu featured a wide selection of pizzas made with fresh ingredients, ranging from classic Italian-style to more creative offerings like Hawaiian and BBQ chicken. The crusts were perfectly crispy and chewy, while the cheese was rich and creamy. The tomato sauce had just enough kick to make it interesting without being overwhelming.
I opted for a classic pepperoni pizza and it did not disappoint! It was amazing! Each slice had just the right amount of melted cheese, spicy pepperoni, flavorful tomatoes, and lightly caramelized onions.
Overall, I would highly recommend JAMRA PIZZERIA & GRILL to anyone looking for a delicious pizza experience in San Francisco Little Italy! The friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, superb quality ingredients, and mouthwatering flavors combine to make this one of the best pizzerias around.

I was immediately bowled over by the quality of their pizzas. The ingredients were so fresh and flavorful, and the crust was cooked to perfection. I’ve tasted all sorts of pizza from different places around the world, but Little Star’s was definitely memorable.
Their service was also top notch. Everyone working there was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to make sure my dining experience was as enjoyable as possible.
My favorite thing about this place is that their menu is constantly changing in order to keep up with the trends and offerings in the area. This means that no matter how diligent a pizza lover you are, you will still be able to find something new in Little Star’s selection each time you visit!
Aside from that, Little Star Pizza Divisadero is reasonably priced compared to other places in San Fran offering similar quality. What more could you ask for? After all my travels looking for the perfect pie, I’m happy to say that Little Star Pizza Divisadero offers some of the best pizza in San Fran – and I highly recommend it!

When I arrived at Montesacro SoMa, I was immediately taken aback by the charming atmosphere. With its cozy Italian decor and rustic warmth, it’s clear why so many locals flock to this spot for a delicious pie.
The pizza itself is absolutely incredible! The dough, which is made from all-natural ingredients, was soft yet chewy and had a wonderful flavor that demands to be savored. Toppings were overflowing with flavor, ranging from sausages to mushrooms and onions, never leaving me disappointed.
I could go on forever about how amazing the pizza tastes here but what’s equally impressive is the service. The wait staff here at Montesacro SoMa are some of the friendliest and most attentive I’ve ever encountered – they definitely add to the overall experience here!
To sum up my experience here: top notch pizza, amazing service and an unbeatable atmosphere; truly, Montesacro SoMa has some of the best pizza in San Fran!
#9 Long Bridge Pizza Company

I’ve tried pizza from Italy, New York, and Chicago so I consider myself somewhat of an expert when it comes to the cheesy stuff. And Long Bridge Pizza Company really delivered! From the perfectly cooked crust to the generous toppings, this place definitely knows a good slice.
I ordered the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and was blown away by how flavorful it was. The crunchy crust had just the right amount of charring that gave way to a chewy but not soggy texture. The pepperoni itself was crispy but still juicy and the cheese was melted to perfection – not rubbery or greasy at all!
The atmosphere in Long Bridge Pizza Company was also great – dimly lit and cozy, it had a nostalgic air about it making me feel like I was eating old school Italian-American style pizza.
To top it off, they delivered with lightning speed even though my order was quite large (there were 5 of us after all!). All in all, this is definitely one of my favorite places to get pizza in San Fran and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great pie!

When I entered the restaurant I was met with an inviting atmosphere. The white walls and black furniture gave it a cozy, yet stylish vibe. The smell of freshly baked dough filled the air. The staff was welcoming and very friendly, offering lots of advice on which pizza to try first.
I decided on trying the classic margarita pizza, and boy, was it delicious! The crust was thin and crispy, and the cheese melted just right over the tomatoes. The portion size was generous too; one slice would fill you up for sure!
The other pizzas looked equally as mouthwatering as my first choice. I noticed some specialty pies that looked like they contained some interesting flavor combinations, definitely worth a try next time!
