  • Nice tourist spot

Downsides
  • Does not accept reservations

Now, I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical when I heard the name Blaze Pizza. I thought maybe they were trying to set pizzas on fire or something. But boy was I wrong. The only thing on fire here is their pizza game.

First of all, the fact that they serve alcohol is an absolute win in my book. Nothing pairs better with a delicious slice of pizza than a crisp cold beer or a glass of wine. It’s like they read my mind and knew exactly what I needed to complete my pizza experience.

And let me tell you, their vegetarian options are nothing short of fantastic. I mean, who knew that you could have such a flavorful and satisfying pizza without meat? I might even consider becoming a vegetarian if it means I can have Blaze Pizza on a regular basis.

But the real showstopper here is their dessert. They have these little bite-sized churros that are out of this world. Each one is like a mini piece of heaven, warm and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and coated with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. I could eat a whole bucket of those things.

Now, I do have to mention one downside. Blaze Pizza doesn’t accept reservations, which means you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right? Plus, it gives you time to admire the restaurant’s cool and artsy interior, making it a nice tourist spot.

In conclusion, if you’re in Albany, NY and craving some top-notch thin crust pizza, look no further than Blaze Pizza. Trust me, it’s worth every mouth-watering bite.
