I ended up ordering the specialty – the “La Capannina special” – which was everything I had dreamed it would be: tangy sauce, a thin crust, and a generous helping of cheese!
The pizza itself was cooked to perfection. The fresh basil and tomatoes added in gave it an extra something special. I also really enjoyed the garlic-infused olive oil topping that kept me coming back for more.

The pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly cooked, just the right amount of crunch, and the ingredients were all fresh. I loved that they put extra love in their dough and sauce—it really made it stand out.
I also had the chance to try some of their specialty pies and they certainly did not disappoint! From the Quogue Supreme to the Primavera, every single pie was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious.
What I found truly enjoyable about my visit is that the atmosphere matched that of a traditional Italian deli – complete with old-school arcade games in the corner. It reminded me of the classic family dinner experience that’s so hard to come by these days.
Finally, the service here was top-notch. Everyone from the cashier to our waitstaff was friendly and accommodating. We were well taken care of throughout our meal and felt like we genuinely mattered to them as customers – which made it all worth it in the end!
