So far I’ve sampled twelve pizzas from joints all over the States, and let me tell you – there’s some truly delicious options out there! Of course, choosing a personal favorite isn’t an easy task. After much deliberation and pizza eating (it’s a tough job but someone’s got to do it!) I’m finally ready to reveal the best pies in The US. Join me on this mouth-watering journey for a lightly humorous look at my favorite pizza places in these United States!

#1 L’Industrie Pizzeria

The first thing that struck me when I arrived at this restaurant is the buzzing atmosphere. It’s a cozy Italian joint, but it still has a certain energy that comes alive when you walk in. The decor is rustic, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The pizza here is out of this world! Their signature “Empire State” pie has pieces of fresh fennel sausage with garlic cream sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan shavings. To top it off, they also add freshly shaved truffle oil – absolutely delicious! The other pies I tried were just as good too; the spicy “Diavola” pizza with spicy salami, chilli oil and ricotta was an absolute taste sensation.

Not only do they make delicious food, but their prices are very reasonable as well. Overall L’Industrie Pizzeria delivers a unique combination of deliciousness and affordability which makes it one of the best pizza places in the US!

#2 Modern Apizza

The atmosphere at Modern Apizza is great. Not only is it a nice tourist spot, but it serves alcohol as well, so you can wash down your favorite slices with a cold brew! If you’re vegetarian, no worries – they’ve got some options for you too!

I’m not just in love with the ambiance. The pizza is simply incredible. I highly recommend trying the white clam pie – it’s one of the most unique and delicious pizzas I’ve ever tasted! Their other pies have great toppings and are cooked to perfection. To top it off, they also offer dessert if you still have room in your stomach after all that pizza!

My only minor complaint about Modern Apizza is that they don’t offer delivery – but if you can make it to the store for takeout or dine-in, it’ll be worth the trip! All in all, this place definitely serves up some of the best pizza in The Us, and I give it two thumbs up!

#3 Spacca Napoli Pizzeria

The pizza here is made with the freshest ingredients, and their crust has a unique texture that’s both chewy and crisp. Plus, they have an array of toppings and combinations to choose from. But don’t worry, they have all your classic favorites as well!

The atmosphere of Spacca Napoli Pizzeria is perfect for a casual dinner out or a special occasion. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what goes into every dish. Plus, the decor is modern yet cozy and inviting – you almost feel like you’re dining in somebody’s Italian home.

Speaking of atmosphere, the music at this pizzeria is top-notch! An amazing mix of classic Italian melodies along with today’s hottest hits to get the party started! It was truly a treat for my ears!

And lastly, the service at Spacca Napoli Pizzeria cannot be beat. From the warm greeting at the door all the way to the check being handed off – you can tell that they truly care about their customers and delivering them an excellent experience.

At the end of my meal, I left feeling happy and satisfied – mission accomplished! Spacca Napoli Pizzeria has earned its spot amongst some of The Us’s best pizzerias and it definitely deserves its title as ‘the best pizza in The Us’!

#4 Good Pie

I’m absolutely floored by the quality and taste of the pies at Good Pie. From the perfect crispness of the crust to the top-notch ingredients, it’s no wonder why this place has been praised by so many pizza aficionados!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and they’re more than willing to make recommendations or customize your pizza. They also know exactly how to prepare each pie for optimal flavor and texture.

The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere too; you can sit back and relax while enjoying views of the cityscape from the outdoor seating area. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable!

My personal favorite dish at Good Pie is their meat lover’s pizza. It has got all types of meats, from sausage to pepperoni, as well as freshly grated cheese and a delicious tomato sauce that will have you salivating for days. Not only is it flavorful, but it also fills up even the ravenous pizza lovers!

If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in The Us, then look no further than Good Pie! You won’t be disappointed!

#5 John’s of Bleecker Street

The moment I stepped foot in John’s of Bleecker Street, I knew that it was something special. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the pizza was out of this world! The crust on the pizzas here is just perfect. It’s thin and crispy with a light dusting of cornmeal, giving it an extra crunch without getting too dense.

I tried a few different varieties of pizzas at John’s and there wasn’t a bad one in the bunch. The classic Margherita pizza really stuck out though, with its perfectly melted cheese and bright homemade sauce. Even better, they don’t skimp on their toppings either – each slice has plenty of fresh ingredients to make it truly delicious.

Now if you’re not one for traditional pies, John’s has got plenty of unique offerings as well. From white clam pies to brussels sprouts truffle pizzas and beyond, you’re sure to find something to tickle your taste buds.

In all my travels across the U.S., I’ve not yet found a place that makes pizza comparable to John’s of Bleecker Street! If you’re looking for some serious New York-style pizza with attitude then look no further – this is definitely the place for you!

#6 Apizza Scholls

From the moment I first stepped in to Apizza Scholls, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was inviting and friendly, with a light jazz soundtrack playing in the background. There was even a lovely little window where you could see the chefs preparing your pizza right in front of you.

The pies were excellent. Each one had its own unique flavor profile and the dough was cooked perfectly – not too crunchy, not too soft. The toppings were fresh and flavorful and really complimented each other. Every bite was an experience!

But what really sets Apizza Scholls apart from other pizza joints is their commitment to quality and sustainability. Their ingredients are locally sourced, so you know you’re getting the best possible product every time. They also take great care when it comes to hygiene and food safety – something that’s important in any restaurant but especially so when serving pizza!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Apizza Scholls more highly for those looking for the best pizza experience in The Us!

#7 Rubirosa

The first time I stepped foot in Rubirosa, it felt like I’d died and gone to pizza heaven. The place was packed with people chatting excitedly about their meal, the delicious smells of fresh-baked dough wafting through the air, and the vibrant chatter of employees making pizzas behind the counter.

I had heard that the pies at Rubirosa were legendary, so I was delighted to order one for myself. To my delight, it truly lives up to its reputation—the thin crust was wonderfully crisp, while the sauce and toppings were perfectly balanced and flavorful.

What’s more, Rubirosa also offers an amazing selection of other traditional Italian dishes as well as some unique takes on classics. I especially enjoyed their meatball sub which was nothing short of spectacular.

Overall, Rubirosa is hands down one of the best pizza joints in the Us – not only do they have amazing pizza but they also offer a variety of great Italian dishes too! If you’re looking for a truly memorable experience with delicious food, then this is definitely the place for you!

#8 Parsippany’s Best Pizza

My journey began with a warm greeting from the staff and a tour of their kitchen – I could immediately tell that they take great pride in their craft. The ingredients they use are absolutely top-notch, and the pizza itself was cooked to perfection. The crust was crunchy but not too hard and had a hint of sweetness that really brought out the flavors of the sauce and toppings.

The flavors were amazing, to say the least! They offer an array of specialty pizzas, each one more flavorful than the last. From classic margarita to their famous “Bigger Better Pepperoni”, there’s something for everyone.

I’m always looking for something new and exciting so I tried their special “Hawaiian Delight” which included fresh pineapple and tasty ham. It was a flavor sensation – definitely one of my favorites from this place!

Overall, Parsippany’s Best Pizza is definitely my pick for the best pizza in The Us! If you’re ever in town looking for some delicious pizza, this place is a must-try! Bon appetite!

#9 Pizzeria Mozza

The atmosphere is inviting and hip with dim lighting, which makes for a great spot for a romantic dinner for two or a fun night out with friends. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.

I ordered the Mozza Margherita and it was heavenly! The dough was light and fluffy while the tomato sauce was flavorful. The fresh basil added an extra punch of flavor to the creamy cheese.

If you’re looking for some truly indulgent pizza, then they also offer some of their more “extreme” options like the Al Pomodoro Rucola e Bufala which has oven roasted tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella di bufala and pecorino romano. It’s a perfect combination that will have your taste buds going wild!

Overall Pizzeria Mozza is one of my top choices for best pizza in The Us. If you’re looking for a delicious slice of pizza, then this is definitely the place to go!

#10 Razza

The first thing I noticed when I stepped through the door was how cozy the atmosphere was. The decor is rustic, with exposed brick walls, dark wood tables and chairs, and warm lighting. It’s a welcoming spot.

When it comes to the food, Razza does not disappoint. As soon as I took my first bite of their signature Neapolitan pizza, I knew that this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is light and airy yet slightly chewy – exactly as it should be! The tomato sauce is bursting with flavor and the cheese is melted perfectly without being greasy or heavy.

Not only do they have delicious pizzas, but Razza also offers a vast selection of other Italian dishes such as pasta and paninis to choose from if you’re looking for something different.

But the real stars here are their appetizers – specifically the garlic knots! They come out hot, fresh from the oven and dusted in parmesan cheese. They are so melt-in-your-mouth delicious that you won’t be able to stop eating them!

Overall, Razza is an amazing place to get your pizza fix without breaking the bank – it’s easily one of the best pizza restaurants in The Us! Highly recommended!

#11 Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana

The atmosphere was everything I’d expect from a pizzeria—warm, inviting and invitingly chaotic. The dough they use to make their pies is extra thin and crispy, yet still maintains its integrity under the weight of the toppings. The cheese is made from a special blend of mozzarella and Romano that perfectly complements the sauce – which is the perfect balance of tangy and savory.

I tried their classic Margherita pizza and it was nothing short of heavenly. Sweet San Marzano tomatoes, fragrant basil leaves, and creamy mozzarella all blended together with just enough bite from garlic and oregano on top.

If you’re looking for a true pizza experience, look no further than Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana! I guarantee you won’t find better pizza in The Us!

#12 Pequod’s Pizza

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a great selection of beers to choose from. The waiters were friendly and ready to help.

The pizza itself was delicious! My favorite was the signature deep dish – Pequod’s Special. It had lots of layers of cheese, mushrooms, peppers and a crispy crust that really held it all together. It was so good I just kept going back for more!

I also tried their thin-crust pizzas, which were equally delicious. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the dough was perfectly cooked.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Pequod’s Pizza if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in The Us. You won’t be disappointed!
