Walking into RC’S, I was immediately greeted by the aroma of melted cheese and crispy crust, and I was ready to dive in. The waiter, let’s call him Tony, treated me like family as he brought me a menu bigger than a phone book. I quickly navigated through the endless options, feeling like I was solving a delicious pizza puzzle.
I finally settled on the Big Apple Special, a deep dish creation that would make the Statue of Liberty blush. As I waited for my pizza to arrive, I took in the ambiance of the restaurant. The walls were adorned with New York City memorabilia – I half expected to see a Broadway show breaking out in the corner.
