For starters, their crust was as close to perfect as it gets. It was crispy and flavorful, with a hint of garlic that made it stand out from any other pizza I’ve had before. The savory toppings were generous and delicious, and the cheese melted perfectly into each slice.

But the real star of Wrecktangle is the sauce. There’s nothing else like it – rich, creamy, slightly sweet and totally unique – it’s like a flavor explosion! Plus, they offer several varieties of sauces which are surprisingly different from one another in flavor.

The staff at Wrecktangle were incredibly friendly too. They even gave me an extra-large pizza for free after hearing how much I enjoyed my meal (which might explain why I left with a food coma!).

In conclusion, if you’re in Twin Cities and looking for some truly authentic pizza then look no further than Wrecktangle Pizza – it’s by far the best in town!

Upon my first visit, I could tell this was not your run of the mill pizza joint. The atmosphere was inviting and filled with laughter from happy customers. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, quickly providing me with a selection of their signature pizzas to choose from.

I went for the “Shark Attack” pizza – piled high with sausage, pepperoni, ham and bacon. Boy, oh boy! Let me tell you – it bore no resemblance to the boring frozen pizzas I’ve had in the past. This pizza was delicious! The crust was perfectly thin and crispy without being greasy, each bite exploding with flavor from the varieties of toppings. It literally melted in my mouth.

After polishing off my slice (it was hard not to!), I had room for a dessert pizza – so I chose the one topped with apples and cinnamon sprinkled with caramel sauce and pecans. This unique combo blew me away! The sweet syrup blended wonderfully with the tartness of the fruits, while the crunchy texture of nuts added balance to an already amazing treat.

When I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The smell of wood fire from the pizza ovens wafted through the air making me salivate. The decor had a rustic yet modern feel which I appreciate, and it definitely added to the cozy atmosphere.

I decided to try their signature pie: the Calabrese with tomato sauce, spicy sausage, red onion, mozzarella and basil. Right away I could tell this was made by a master chef – everything tasted perfectly balanced and truly delicious! The crust was so expertly cooked that it had both a crispy and chewy texture at once while still managing to stay light and airy.

The presentation of the food was also top notch; it arrived in an artistic style with fresh ingredients artfully arranged on top.

My only complaint is that they should have more vegetarian options – perhaps some eggplant or asparagus pizzas?
