From the minute I stepped into George’s, I could tell it was the real deal. The aroma of the pizza and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the small restaurant made me feel right at home.
The pizza itself? Wow! From the thin-crust Margherita to the deep-dish pepperoni, there wasn’t a bad slice in the bunch. The ingredients were fresh, flavorful and perfectly balanced, so that each bite provided a unique experience. The crust had beautiful char marks on it, indicating that it had been cooked at just the right temperature.
Service, too, is top notch at George’s Pizza. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer my questions and give me new suggestions for how to enjoy my meal even more. Plus, their prices are very reasonable – you get a lot of bang for your buck here!

#2 Crusty’s Pizza

The first thing that struck me when entering Crusty’s Pizza was the wonderful atmosphere. The pizza joint reminded me of an old-school Italian trattoria. With vintage pinball machines and a jukebox playing classic rock hits, I felt like I had stepped back in time – but with the very modern addition of a craft beer tap!
The pizza here is simply divine. Their signature pie, aptly named “Crusty’s Special,” features a thin crust, covered in zesty tomato sauce and all manner of fresh toppings. Believe me; this is some of the best pizza you’ll have anywhere in Warwick RI! The slice was warm and cheesy, with just the right amount of crispiness around the edges.
I also sampled some of their other offerings, such as calzones and breadsticks, which were equally delicious. They even offer vegan options – an absolute must in this day and age!

#3 Demo’s Pizza Factory

When I stepped into Demo’s Pizza Factory, I was immediately wowed by the restaurant’s modern, yet nostalgic vibe. The music was upbeat and the staff were friendly, making for an inviting atmosphere.
The menu had all of my favorite pizzas as well as some unique offerings that had me doubly intrigued! I chose to try a classic Pepperoni Pizza with a twist – freshly-diced jalapenos added to the toppings. This pizza was cooked to perfection and the combination of flavors was tantalizing.
In addition to the fantastic pizza experience, the service at Demo’s Pizza Factory was top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive and happy to answer any questions I had about their menu offerings. The owner even came around to check on us during our meal!

It’s not just the pizza that draws me in, though. Not only does Pizza Plus serve delicious pizza, but you can also enjoy a glass of Italian wine or beer with your meal. The kids menu is also an added bonus!
My only gripe with Pizza Plus is that they don’t offer delivery, however if you’re willing to take the drive out there you won’t be disappointed. Don’t just take my word for it; give Pizza Plus a try and you’ll see why I consider them to have some of the best pizza in Warwick RI!
#5 Grainsley’s Kitchen & Drinks

The atmosphere of Grainsley’s is fantastic. The walls are painted in warm colors and the rustic-style tables give it a cozy vibe. There’s plenty of TVs that are great for sports fans, so you can always catch the game while you eat. And if you’re feeling really wild, they even serve alcohol—including hard liquor!
Of course, what really matters is the pizza, and let me tell you: it does not disappoint! The crust is cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. The sauce and cheese blend together perfectly, creating mouthwatering flavors in every bite. It looks like Grainsley’s has been perfecting their pizza recipe for years!
If you still have room after all that delicious pizza, they also offer dessert options to satisfy your sweet tooth.
My only complaint with Grainsley’s is that they don’t offer delivery service yet – but hopefully they’ll add this soon enough! Until then, I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant for some of the best pizza in Warwick RI.
#6 Pioneer Pizza House
I’ve been to Italy, the home of pizza, and had some great pies there. But after having the pizza from Pioneer Pizza House, I’m convinced that it’s the best pizza in Warwick RI!
The dough was cooked perfectly, with a lovely crunchy crust on the outside and a light, fluffy center. The toppings were also top-notch – fresh vegetables and high-quality cheese that melted beautifully. The sauce was tangy yet sweet, and the seasoning was spot on.
My favorite part of the experience at Pioneer Pizza House is how accommodating they are – they offer vegan and gluten-free options so everyone can enjoy their delicious food.

The prices at Cowesett Pizza were surprisingly affordable given how high-quality the food is. I must admit that I’m still surprised by how wonderful their pizza is!

My favorite part of the meal had to be the generous portion sizes – I could barely finish my large pizza but it was worth it in the end. The service was friendly and speedy; my pizza arrived nice and hot within minutes.

The atmosphere is cozy, inviting and friendly. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends or family. The staff are incredibly helpful and eager to make sure your needs are met. And their prices are so reasonable you won’t feel like you’re breaking the bank!

I was particularly impressed with their pizza menu. It’s filled with classics and some unique offerings, like the Wild Mushroom and Prosciutto Pie. I opted for the Margherita, which had a perfectly thin and crispy crust that was packed with flavor. The tomato sauce was sweet and simple, and the fresh mozzarella really stood out. Not to mention, there was just the right amount of basil on top!
The other pies I sampled were also excellent – from the spicy Italian Sausage to the classic cheese and pepperoni. Every slice had that same great balance of flavors, crust texture, and subtle spices that make De Petrillo’s pizzas so irresistible.
