I’m often asked where to find the best pizza in Wichita, but until now I haven’t had the opportunity to visit all of the local pizza places. However, that changed when I recently had the opportunity to tour 12 different pizza parlors in Wichita. Needless to say, it was a long and delicious day!

The moment I walked into PO Boy I could tell this place was special. The charming decor and atmosphere set the stage for an expertly crafted pizza experience. As I perused their menu, the one thing that jumped out at me was their creative, gourmet toppings! Everything from roasted garlic to bacon-wrapped jalapeños – these guys really know how to put together a delicious pizza!
I decided to try out the “Totally Rad” pizza, and boy was it amazing! The thin crust had a perfect crunchy texture with a hint of charred flavor. It was topped with fresh mozzarella, spicy marinara sauce, roasted bell peppers and artichoke hearts – all of which were cooked to perfection.
But the best part about this meal? The cheesy garlic breadstick appetizer. With gooey mozzarella cheese melted on top of a golden-brown crispy crust – it’s no wonder why this dish is highly sought after by locals!

I recently visited this restaurant, and I have to say that my taste buds were in for a treat! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a wood-fired oven proudly displayed at the center of the room. The smell of fresh-baked dough filled the air, making me instantly salivate in anticipation of what was to come.
The service was top-notch – the wait staff was friendly and helpful, taking time to explain all their menu options. I decided to sample some of their signature pizza dishes: a supreme pizza loaded with pepperoni, red onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and mozzarella cheese; a white pizza smothered in garlic butter sauce; and finally a classic margarita topped with basil leaves.
Every bite was pure bliss – the crust was deliciously crunchy yet perfectly chewy on the inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful – something you don’t find everywhere nowadays! And the portion sizes were generous enough that everyone at my table left feeling satisfied. If there’s one thing I could fault Il Vicino Wood Oven Pizza – Wichita College Hill on it would be that they didn’t offer dessert (but maybe they will soon!).

I recently had the opportunity to try their Neapolitan style pizza and I was blown away by the flavor. The crust was thin and crisp, with a unique charred flavor. The sauce was fresh and flavorful and the ingredients were top notch.
The atmosphere of Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria is also great – it feels like you’re in Italy! The wait staff is friendly and attentive, and their knowledge of the menu is impressive. The prices are reasonable for what you get – excellent quality for your money.

I must say, I was a little hesitant at first. The décor was quite… out there. From the new age music playing in the background to the bright and colorful walls, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.
But when I got my pizza, all my hesitation was gone! It was oozing with cheese and had just the right amount of crust. And the pepperoni! Oh man, it was seasoned just perfectly – not too spicy and not too mild.
The folks at Ziggy’s East were super friendly, too. They had great recommendations for my party and even offered us a discount on our meal!
All in all, I highly recommend Ziggy’s Pizza East for anyone looking for some of the best pizza around Wichita KS!

The first thing that struck me when I walked into the restaurant was just how warm and inviting it felt. The owners really put in a lot of effort to create an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and welcome.
When it came to the pizza, let’s just say that I wasn’t disappointed! The ingredients were top-notch and fresh, and the crust was perfectly cooked. No sogginess here! The sauce was flavorful without being too spicy or overwhelming. There was a good selection of toppings so I could customize my pizza to my liking, plus you can get gluten-free and vegan options too!
Another plus for Ziggy’s Pizza is that they have great prices for their pizzas – much cheaper than other restaurants. And with their fast delivery service, you never have to worry about waiting long for your meal.
All in all, Ziggy’s Pizza is definitely one of the best places for pizza in Wichita KS – if not THE best place! Highly recommended!

Right when I walked in, I knew this was going to be a unique experience. Between the funky art plastered on the walls and the tunes they had playing, I felt like I was transported to a pizza place straight out of a 70s movie.
As for the pizza itself, it’s definitely something special. The dough is perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of char on the edges. Toppings were generous and flavor were perfect – definitely not your average pizza joint around here!
I especially loved their signature “Ziggy’s Special” which comes with pepperoni, sausage, onions, olives and mushrooms on top of their delicious crust. I could barely finish it in one sitting – so rich and flavorful!
All in all Ziggy’s Pizza is easily my favorite spot in Wichita KS for pizza – hands down the best you can find! If you find yourself in town make sure to stop by and give it a try – you won’t regret it!

When I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and casual. The rustic, warm decor immediately put a smile on my face. Then, I was served up some of their amazing New York-style pizza with its perfectly cooked crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings. Even their most basic slice was one of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever had!
The menu also offered something for everyone – from classic cheese pizzas to more creative options like their signature “Wichita White Pie”. Every pizza was cooked to perfection and tasted even better when paired with one of their handcrafted beers. And let’s not forget about dessert — they have some truly amazing homemade gelatos too!

Upon my recent visit, I was delighted by the atmosphere, which really helped set the tone for a true Italian experience. The menu had great variety and a kid’s menu so everyone could enjoy the experience.
As for the pizza itself, it was simply out of this world! I had a Margherita pizza with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil- it was flavorful, crispy, and exactly how Italians like their pizza.
Unfortunately there are no delivery options here but in my opinion worth heading out to Mary’s to get your slice of pie. Plus they have dessert – what more can you ask for!? I recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious Italian food in Wichita KS.

The moment I stepped inside, the rich aroma of cooked cheese and spices filled my nostrils. The walls were covered with framed art from the artist himself – Pablo Picasso!
I’ve had pizza in Italy, Argentinian, India and many more places but none of them compare to the one I tasted at Picasso’s Pizzeria! The thin crust was perfectly crisp and melted in your mouth. The marinara sauce was rich and herby, complemented by layers of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. And the toppings! Not too much, not too little – just enough for a perfect bite!
The service is friendly and attentive which makes your dining experience all the more enjoyable. You’re sure to leave full and happy after eating here.

The atmosphere is great and it’s become a popular spot for tourists and locals alike. Plus, the added bonus of having both alcoholic and hard liquor drinks makes it the perfect place to hang out with friends.
If you’re bringing the kids along, they have a kid’s menu that will definitely make them smile (and maybe even convince them to try some pizza too!). And after dinner, they offer some of the most insane desserts I’ve ever tasted! So if you’re looking for an expertly crafted culinary experience, this is your spot.
The only downside is that there’s no delivery available, so you’ll have to get up from your couch and actually go in-person. All kidding aside though, it’s totally worth it when it comes to Oak & Pie. It’s also a great place to watch sports since their TV setup is top notch – so feel free to bring the family or your squad!
All in all, I highly recommend Oak & Pie as one of the best pizza places in Wichita KS!

My recent visit to the eatery reminded me why I love pizza so much. Knolla’s serves up a mouthwatering menu of gourmet pizzas with an array of options that guarantees something for everyone, whether you like traditional Italian pies or more modern creations.
The atmosphere at Knolla’s is welcoming and homey, with old-school vibes that instantly take me back to my childhood. And the staff are always helpful and friendly!
As for their pizza, it really is something special. The artisanal crust is crunchy yet chewy and always made fresh to order. The signature sauce is zesty and full of flavor, whereas the cheese is thick and creamy – all this plus an abundance of quality toppings such as crispy pepperoni, roasted vegetables, and spicy sausage make for a meal that could truly rival any in Italy!

I had the pleasure of trying their signature dish – a 12 inch thin crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and mozzarella cheese. The crust was perfectly thin and flavorful – not too soggy or crunchy. All the toppings were evenly spread out so that each bite was loaded with flavor. The combination of savory meats and cheesy veggies was simply divine!

From the moment I walked into Old Chicago, I knew I was in for a treat. The smell of freshly baked dough and bubbling cheese filled the air and I couldn’t help but salivate. As a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, my expectations were high, but boy, did this place deliver.
The crust, oh the crust! It was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just the way a deep dish pizza should be. Each bite was like a mini party in my mouth. And the cheese, oh my cheesy goodness! It was melty and gooey, stretching with each bite, making me feel like I was in a cheese commercial.
But the toppings, don’t even get me started on the toppings. Old Chicago offers an array of choices, from classic pepperoni to unique combinations like barbecue chicken and pineapple. I decided to go for the Meat Mecca which was loaded with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and ground beef. Let me tell you, I was in meat heaven. Each bite was an explosion of flavor and I couldn’t help but let out a satisfied moan.
To be fair, the service at Old Chicago was a bit slow, but hey, good pizza takes time to create, right? And let’s not forget the fun atmosphere, complete with an impressive selection of craft beers on tap. It’s no wonder this place is always packed with happy pizza lovers.
