The crust is perfectly thin and crunchy with just the right amount of cheese. Toppings were delicious and perfectly balanced – never too much of anything. It’s clear that FresqÓ Pizza puts care into every pizza they make.
My only complaint is that they don’t offer delivery, but it’s worth the trip to get some of the best pizza in Woodstock!

The first thing that struck me when I stepped in was the smell. The aroma of freshly made dough and sauce was so inviting it nearly brought tears to my eyes. The menu features all kinds of pizza, from classic cheese to more creative options like their Kosmic Karma, which has pesto sauce, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses. I tried the Margarita Green Stripe with extra garlic and I must say it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The flavorful combination of olive oil, basil pesto and mozzarella was perfection.
The service at Mellow Mushroom is top-notch as well – from the friendly staff to their speedy delivery. Speaking of speed, they also offer online ordering for convenience.

It was so good that I had to order an extra slice just so I could take it home!
