I was skeptical at first, but after one bite my doubts were put to rest. The crust is that perfect balance of crunchy and chewy. It has a nice crunch on the outside and a soft, airy texture in the middle that’s just perfect for folding up as you eat it. The sauce is sweet with just enough garlic and herbs to give it complexity without overpowering the other flavors. And the cheese…oh man, the cheese! It’s stretchy and gooey like you’d expect from great pizza, but it also has an extra layer of flavor that really puts this pie over the top.

The atmosphere at Clyde’s Pies is great too – it’s a relaxed spot with a cozy vibe full of friendly folks who are passionate about their pizza and genuinely enjoy serving customers. Sure, they may be biased, but they definitely know good pizza when they make it!
