The first thing I noticed when walking into the restaurant was the smell of fresh baked pizza. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was great.

I’m always a bit wary when going to sports bars and grills, but this place definitely proved me wrong. As soon as I walked in, the delicious smell of pizza wafting through the air was enough to make my mouth water.

The atmosphere was great – loud enough to be fun but not too rowdy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite how busy they were.

And then there’s the pizza! It was far better than I had expected for a sports bar and grill – thin crust with the perfect balance of seasoning and toppings. Not only that, but it was cooked to perfection! I’ve had some pretty bad pizzas in my time, but this one definitely takes first prize for the best pizza in Sanford FL.

The moment I entered the restaurant, I could smell the heavenly aroma of fresh-baked pizza. It was obvious that the owners and chefs were passionate about pizza making.

I finally decided on my favorite — the classic cheese pizza — and boy was it worth it! Their signature tomato sauce, melty mozzarella cheese, and freshly baked bread were a delicious combination.

As soon as my eyes locked onto the perfectly crafted pizza on my plate, I knew this was going to be something special. I visited this pizza place for the first time and I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere; a cozy and inviting dining area, friendly staff, and amazingly delicious-smelling pizza!

I had to try their pizza, so I ordered the All-American Classic. It was cooked perfectly – crispy on the outside and still soft and chewy on the inside. And let me just say that their topping combinations are anything but ordinary. The classic combination of pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms were nicely balanced with flavorsome tomato sauce, fragrant herbs and plenty of cheese.

To top it all off, Chianti’s offers generous portion sizes (trust me, you won’t be leaving hungry). They also offer an impressive selection of desserts to finish your meal off with.

Of course, their classic pepperoni pizza was also amazing! The homemade sauce complimented the salty-smoky-spicy flavor of the pepperoni, making this one a real winner and one I will definitely be ordering again!

The service at Filomena’s Pizzeria & Ristorante was also top notch – everyone from the waitstaff to the manager went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable experience.

All in all, Filomena’s Pizzeria & Ristorante is definitely one of my top picks for best pizza in Sanford FL. Highly recommended!
