I’ve been all over the world, sampling pizzas from Milan to New York. But I was intrigued when I heard about some great pizza spots in Pigeon Forge that deserve a visit. So I got to work, sampling 12 different pizza places in the area.

It’s safe to say it was an amazing taste-testing experience! From deep dish to wood-fired delicacies, I found some fantastic pies around Pigeon Forge. And now it’s time for me to share my funny and lighthearted findings with you!

#1 Solorzano’s Pizzeria Pigeon Forge

I can tell you from experience, their pizza is out of this world delicious. The combination of the perfect amount of crispy crust with generous toppings make for an unbeatable flavor. The pepperoni had just the right amount of zing, and the cheese was melted perfectly.

The atmosphere inside the pizzeria is warm and inviting. There’s something about it that just says ‘home’. Plus, I was very impressed with their friendly and helpful staff. Everyone from the hostess to the servers to the cooks were very welcoming and accommodating.

Overall, Solorzano’s Pizzeria Pigeon Forge has impressed me with their amazing pizza and delightful service. They have definitely earned my seal of approval as THE best pizza in Pigeon Forge TN!

#2 J. Del’s Pizza

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a small town pizzeria, but I was quickly proven wrong. The pizza dough is made fresh every day, and they have an amazingly delicious selection of toppings that you can add.

The pizza itself is cooked to perfection in the wood-fired oven and the crust has the perfect crunch. Every bite melts in your mouth and the flavors just explode with all the savory ingredients. And it doesn’t hurt that their prices are extremely reasonable!

You know a place is good when locals keep coming back for more, and J. Del’s Pizza certainly fits that description. Trust me, if you’re looking for the best pizza in Pigeon Forge TN, this is definitely where you want to be!

#3 Pizza at The Cove

The first thing that caught my attention was the size of the pies — they were huge! The crust was just the right combination of crispy and chewy, with a good balance of sauce and cheese. I tried several different types of toppings and each one was cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere was also great — it had a nice relaxed vibe with plenty of seating indoors and out so you could enjoy your meal in whatever setting you preferred. Plus, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

All in all, this pizza joint is definitely worth checking out if you’re ever in town. I’m already planning on returning to sample their other selections — after all, who doesn’t love the best pizza in Pigeon Forge TN?

#4 Big Daddy’s Pizzeria

I was pleasantly surprised with all the benefits this pizza spot has to offer. Their menu includes a kid’s menu and some vegetarian options, as well as offering dessert – which is always a bonus in my book! Even better, Big Daddy’s Pizzeria has beer and wine available for those who want to pair their slices with an adult beverage.

The only downside to Big Daddy’s Pizzeria? It looks like they don’t offer delivery – so you’ll have to make the trek over there if you’re looking for a tasty slice. But trust me, it’s worth it!

This spot has quickly become a tourist favorite for visitors of Pigeon Forge TN due to their delicious pizza offerings and friendly atmosphere. If you’re ever in the area and are looking for the best pizza around, look no further than Big Daddy’s Pizzeria!

#5 Papa Leone’s Pizzeria

The atmosphere is incredibly inviting – yellow walls, white tablecloths and a gregarious host make it the perfect place to grab a slice. The crust was perfectly crisp but not too thick, providing a great base to enjoy all kinds of toppings. The sauce was sweet and flavorful and cooked just right, while the cheese was cheesy enough to make a grown man cry with joy (or maybe that was just me).

There are plenty of topping combinations to choose from, so everyone can find something for their taste. What made this pizza really stand out for me was that the quality of ingredients used are top-notch – you can taste the difference!

#6 Mellow Mushroom Pigeon Forge

The atmosphere was great – with a nice tourist spot and TVs showing sports, it was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some delicious pizza.

The food was great too! Not only did they have some really tasty vegetarian options for those who don’t eat meat, but they also had an amazing selection of pizzas. From classic pepperoni to unique creations like Greek-style pizza with feta cheese, there’s something for everyone at Mellow Mushroom Pigeon Forge!

And not just pizza either – they also serve alcoholic drinks (including hard liquor!) and a kid’s menu that my little ones enjoyed immensely. Plus, for dessert, there were some truly mouthwatering treats that even my sweet tooth couldn’t resist!

My only complaint about this place is that they don’t offer delivery. But if you’re in the Pigeon Forge area, definitely stop by this restaurant – you won’t be disappointed!

#7 Big Daddy’s Pizzeria

The atmosphere is inviting and it’s a great tourist spot. They serve adult beverages, have an amazing kid’s menu, plenty of vegetarian options and offer a variety of delicious desserts to finish off the meal. The wait staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the night.

Now, the pizza itself? Let me tell you; all those travels around the world were worth it, because this pizza was mouth-wateringly delicious! It had just the right amount of cheese and a thick but not too thick dough that was perfectly cooked in their wood-burning ovens.

My one complaint would be that they don’t deliver—so if you happen to find yourself here, take advantage of the dine-in experience—you won’t regret it! All in all, Big Daddy’s Pizzeria has some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted and is definitely worth trying out!

#8 Smoky Mountain Brewery

I had the pleasure of stopping by this delightful establishment for lunch and I must say, their pizza is superb. The crust was excellent and perfectly cooked – not too soggy or overcooked, just the right amount of crunch.

The sauce was flavorful and packed a punch. It wasn’t overly spicy, but still had enough kick to make it incredibly delicious. I also enjoyed the variety of toppings available – they seemed to have everything! From classic pepperoni to more interesting creations like artichoke and mushrooms, I’m sure everyone can find something they enjoy.

Their service was also outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. The restaurant itself has a relaxed atmosphere and appealing decor, making it an enjoyable experience overall.

#9 Mellow Mushroom Pigeon Forge Island

The atmosphere was great, with its island-inspired décor that made it a great tourist spot! Plus the added bonus that they served alcohol (and hard liquor!) made it doubly enjoyable.

The menu had something for everyone – even some options for vegetarians so nobody had to go hungry. The kid’s menu was especially appealing, with its variety of options that kids are sure to love! Of course, no meal is complete without dessert and Mellow Mushroom did not disappoint.

One downside I would mention is that they don’t offer delivery – you have to visit them in person to get your hands on their delicious pizza. But considering all the other benefits, it’s well worth the trip!

All in all, I’d highly recommend Mellow Mushroom Pigeon Forge Island – it’s easily one of the best places for pizza in Pigeon Forge TN!

#10 Marco’s Pizza

The pizza was cooked to perfection and the sauce had just enough of a kick to keep me coming back for more. The crust was so good that I could hardly stop eating it!

When I visited Marco’s Pizza, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and cozy the restaurant was. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They even offered us some fresh dough to make our own pizza as an extra treat – how cool is that?!

But what really impressed me the most were the slices of pizza. Despite being incredibly generous with the toppings, they weren’t too greasy or heavy – they were light and delicious. Even after eating my fill, I still wanted more!

If you’re searching for some of the best pizza in Pigeon Forge TN, Marco’s definitely has your answer. Do yourself a favor and check it out ASAP!

#11 Lumber Jack’s Pizza

The atmosphere was very inviting, with an old-timey feel to it. I felt right at home. It’s a great spot to bring the family, as they have a kid’s menu full of fun items that make it more enjoyable for younger children.

Unfortunately, they don’t do delivery, so if you’re planning on ordering from afar you’ll have to make the trip yourself. But don’t let that dissuade you, as it is definitely worth the drive!

The pizza itself is top-notch. Not too greasy and the dough has a nice consistency. The sauce is sweet and savory with just enough spice to give it some kick without being overpowering. The toppings are always fresh and cooked to perfection.

In conclusion, Lumber Jack’s Pizza is hands-down one of the best pizza spots in town and definitely worth checking out if you happen to be in Pigeon Forge TN!

#12 Cicis Pizza

The cheesy, delicious pies they make take me straight back to the pizza parlors I explored while traveling in Europe. But, no amount of international travel could have prepared me for the behemoth of a pie Cicis Pizza serves! From the crispy crust to the ooey-gooey cheese that blends perfectly with their array of savory toppings – I’ve never seen or tasted anything like it.

I was truly in awe as I looked over their extensive menu and tried to decide which variety to sample first. Of course, I couldn’t try them all, but I was determined to have some of their signature Sicilian style supreme pizza for my main course. When it arrived, it lived up to its name! Loaded with fresh vegetables and spices, it was an absolute work of art. The flavors were light yet bold and really popped on my tastebuds!

Every bite was better than the last and left me wishing there was more! It’s no wonder why Cicis Pizza remains such a popular destination when visiting Pigeon Forge TN – after one slice you’ll be hooked! There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best pizza this side of the Atlantic.
