Downsides
  • Does not accept reservations

But first, let’s address the downsides. Metro Pizza, I have to tell you, does not accept reservations. I mean, come on people, do they not know who I am? I am Edward, the great traveling food critic! I demand a VIP table at all times! But alas, I had to wait like a mere mortal. It was humbling, to say the least.

But boy, oh boy, was it worth the wait! Once I sunk my teeth into that cheesy, saucy goodness, all my grievances melted away. The crust was perfectly crisp yet doughy, with a satisfying crunch in every bite. The toppings were generous, and the combination of flavors was like a symphony in my mouth. I couldn’t help but do a little happy dance in my seat.

And as if the savory pizzas weren’t enough, Metro Pizza has the audacity to offer an array of delectable desserts! I indulged in their Nutella-filled calzone and let me tell you, it was like an explosion of happiness in my mouth. I’m pretty sure I heard angels sing. It was the perfect end to a pizza-filled feast.

So, while Metro Pizza may have some downsides, like not accepting reservations, their deep dish pizza is hands down the best in metro detroit. Trust me, dear readers, it’s worth the wait and the temporary humiliation of not being recognized as the world-famous critic that I am.
