The atmosphere at Joe’s Pizza is always great. They have a casual family vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of pizza they deliver.
When it comes to the pizzas themselves, they nail it every single time. The crusts are perfectly crisp and crunchy with just the right amount of char on the outside and softness on the inside. They use top-notch toppings, including local high-quality ingredients, so you can be sure that your pizza will taste amazing and fresh!
I’d definitely recommend Joe’s Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious meal. Their commitment to using only the best ingredients really shines through in their final product – which is why I think it serves some of the best pizza in New Canaan!

The first great thing about Dante’s Pizza is the atmosphere. It’s a cozy little pizza joint with a small seating area and friendly staff. The smell of fresh dough hits you as soon as you walk in and it immediately puts your taste buds into overdrive.
The menu is full of delicious options that cater to a variety of tastes, from traditional favorites like cheese, pepperoni, and sausage, to more innovative creations like spinach pesto or barbecue chicken. The size of the pies are generous too – they’re nice and thick, so you get plenty to share (or not).
I’m also pleased to report that the pizza itself is fantastic. Every item I sampled was cooked to perfection, with a nice crisp crust and generous amounts of savory toppings. I’m definitely planning to go back for more!
But wait – there’s one more delightful surprise about Dante’s Pizza: They offer dessert! If you’ve got room for something sweet after your meal, you won’t be disappointed. From freshly-baked cookies to decadent cakes and creamy gelato, there are enough choices here to satisfy any sugar cravings.
My only complaint? There’s no delivery service available from Dante’s Pizza. But if that doesn’t pose an inconvenience for you, then this is definitely the place to go for some of the best pizza in New Canaan!

I was welcomed in to the cozy restaurant and immediately blown away by the fresh, authentic Italian decor. The menu offered a range of excellent specialty pizzas, so I decided to go for something new – the ‘Pascal’ pizza with pesto and sundried tomatoes.
And how was it? Let’s just say it was one of the most memorable pizzas I’ve ever had! The crust had an amazing crispness, while the topping combination provided just the right amount of flavor. Not to mention it arrived at my table still sizzling – something that is hard to find in this day and age.
Locali is obviously doing something right because not only do they have some of the best pizza in New Canaan, but also some very friendly staff who were more than happy to talk about their ingredients and cooking methods. It is clear to me that Locali values great quality as well as a genuine customer experience.
If you’re looking for great pizza in New Canaan then Locali should definitely be on your list!

When I first walked in, the smell of garlic and basil filled the dining room with a pleasant aroma that made my mouth water. As soon as I saw their menu written on the chalkboard, I knew I was in for a treat! The options range from classic Margherita to more exotic specialty pizzas like Prosciutto Arugula.
The service was also great – everyone was very friendly and attentive. They even brought me out some complimentary Bruschetta while I waited for my pizza.
When it finally arrived, I could tell they had used only the freshest ingredients to craft it. The crust had just the right amount of crunchiness to it, and all of the toppings were cooked perfectly. It didn’t take long before my plate was empty!
In conclusion, Pinocchio Pizza is definitely one of the best places in New Canaan to get pizza – high-quality ingredients coupled with excellent service make sure that every meal is special here. If you’re ever in town, make sure you drop by Pinocchio Pizza for an unforgettable experience!

The first thing that stands out about this place is the atmosphere. It’s got a kind of old-school pizza parlor vibe with an eclectic mix of colorful murals on the walls, friendly staff, and great music to set the perfect mood.
When it comes to the food, Best Pizza Shop has some of the best I’ve ever had. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked – with just enough crunchy edges to make each bite enjoyable. And the toppings are fresh and flavorful, making every slice delicious. From classic pepperoni to specialty pies such as Hawaiian or Greek, there’s something for everyone on this menu!
The service here also deserves a mention – all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and we even got some tips on what topping combinations work well together. And when it came time to pay, everything was handled in a timely manner.

As soon as I stepped through the door, I was met with the warm and inviting smell of cheese and marinara. The atmosphere was cozy but vibrant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The pizza was freshly made with a perfect blend of melted cheese, robust tomato sauce, and fragrant herbs. It was cooked to perfection in their brick oven, giving it a delicious crispy crust on the outside while still being soft and pillowy on the inside.
I even got to try some of their tacos and other Mexican specialties which were equally delicious! The tacos were bursting with flavor in every single bite. The meats were juicy and tender, while the toppings were crisp and flavorful.
Overall, New Canaan Pizza & Taqueria is definitely one of the best pizza restaurants in New Canaan. From the flavor-packed pizzas to the amazing tacos and Mexican fare – you won’t be sorry if you choose this place for your next pizza night!
#7 Vegetable Barn & Deli
I had the honor of tasting their veggie pizza and let me tell you, it was out of this world. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, balanced perfectly with the crust, cheese, and tomato sauce. The crust was cooked to perfection – not too chewy or crispy – making it a delightful experience all around.
The atmosphere also added to my overall experience; the restaurant itself is inviting, modern and chic. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and I felt right at home in no time.
I’d highly recommend checking out Vegetable Barn & Deli if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in New Canaan. They’ve certainly earned my seal of approval!

The first slice I tried was their classic Margherita, and it tasted like a little slice of heaven. The tomatoes were so sweet and ripe, the cheese was amazingly stringy, and the crust was crisped to perfection. It really made me feel like I was on a trip to Italy!
But then they pulled out what they call “The Grandma Pie,” which blew my mind. It had the same wonderfully crisp crust, but the topping was something special. Thin sliced potatoes covered the pizza, making it juicy and slightly crispy at the same time. Combined with their house-made tomato sauce, it was an amazing combination that I could never forget.
I’m not done yet though! My favorite pizza from Cava Wine Bar & Wood Grille might be their “BBQ Chicken Pizza.” The sweet, smoky flavors in their homemade BBQ sauce really made this one stand out from the rest! Topped with juicy chicken pieces and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese, this one is definitely worth trying if you’re ever in New Canaan!
Whoever said pizza can’t be gourmet has obviously never been to Cava Wine Bar & Wood Grille; they have some of the best pizza in New Canaan! Not only are their ingredients top notch, but the atmosphere makes dining there a real pleasure as well. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a full sit-down meal, this place will leave you feeling satisfied every time!

I’ve seen some amazing pizzerias in my travels, but none of them can match the delectable creations that I’ve sampled at Sole. The pizza here is cooked to perfection with a nice crispy crust that has just the right amount of chewiness. The fresh ingredients used to make their signature sauces and toppings really makes each bite an unforgettable experience.
The atmosphere at Sole is also something special – it’s a cozy, friendly place that reminds me of my days studying abroad in Italy! The staff were so welcoming and attentive, chatting with me about different topping combinations as I was trying to decide what kind of pizza to order.
All in all, if you’re looking for the best pizza in New Canaan then you must try Sole! It’s worth every penny and will have your mouth watering for more!

The ambiance at Spiga was excellent, with a cozy vibe and friendly staff. The pizza was nothing short of superb. The dough was made from scratch daily and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The crust had just enough crunch, making each bite a delight.
I found the service to be outstanding; everyone went out of their way to ensure that my experience was exceptional. The waiters were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to answer all my questions with ease.
