I expected the usual quick and greasy pizza fare served up at most restaurants, but from the moment I walked in the door I knew Boombalatti’s was something special. The aromas of fresh herbs and spices were overwhelming, letting me know that this place takes their pizza seriously.

The menu was extensive–from classic Italian favorites like Margherita and Pepperoni, to more unique creations like Prosciutto with Arugula and Figs. After much deliberation, I settled on a custom-made pie topped with olive tapenade, capers and artichokes. When it arrived at my table hot out of the oven, it looked and smelled divine!

The crust was perfectly crisp yet undeniably airy; it melted in my mouth with each bite! The topping combinations were unique yet delicious; every ingredient had been perfectly balanced to create a flavor profile unlike any other. Truly a work of art!

Fortunately for me, I still maintained enough restraint to order their classic pepperoni pizza for my first visit. When it arrived at my table, it looked beautiful – a perfect balance between crispy dough and gooey cheese sprinkled with just the right amount of pepperoni.

Even better, Billy D’s offers a full bar (with hard liquor!) – so you can pair your meal with your favorite drink.

The pizza itself is delicious – crust is crispy yet soft and flavorful, and the toppings are always generous. My go-to order? The Farmhouse Pizza – loaded with meat and veggies, it’s sure to satisfy any craving.

All of this being said, there is one downside to Billy D’s: they don’t offer delivery. So if you’re looking for pizza to come right to your doorstep, this may not be the spot for you.
