Best Pizza in Reading PA (Updated Fall 2023)

I’ve been to over 12 places in the area—from hole-in-the-wall joints to fancy downtown eateries—and I’m finally ready to report my findings on what’s the best pizza in town.

But be warned: this is a lighthearted (but serious) mission, and some may find themselves disagreeing with my choices. However, I’m confident that I’ve tasted enough of Reading PA’s pizzas to make an informed decision about which one reigns supreme!

What really sets them apart from the crowd is their use of fresh ingredients and generous portions. The pizza crust was light and crispy, yet perfectly chewy. And the sauce had some great herbs and spices – it was just delicious! Even the cheese was well-crafted, a perfect blend that left no greasy after-taste.

The toppings were top-notch as well. Everything from mushrooms to pepperoni were cooked just right and added to the flavor of each slice I had. Its hard to believe this place isn’t more popular!

The atmosphere at Giavonni’s Pizza is also on point. It is welcoming and inviting with warm colors and decorations that will make you feel like you are right in Italy. It’s the perfect spot for a group gathering or a romantic dinner for two.

If I have one complaint it would be that they don’t deliver. But trust me when I say its worth taking a trip to Giavonni’s Pizza for their best pizza in Reading PA! You won’t regret it – it’s one of my all-time favorite pizzas spots!

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Italia recently and I must say, I was truly impressed. The restaurant itself is sleek and modern, yet still manages to maintain a cozy feel. But it was the pizza that really knocked my socks off!

The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. It was definitely some of the best crust I have ever tasted. Toppings were generous and flavorful – no skimping here! From the classic pepperoni to the more adventurous options such as feta and olives, every topping combination was delicious.

The staff at Pizza Italia were also very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my visit was enjoyable, which made eating my meal even more special. On top of all this, the prices were very reasonable for such high-quality pizza.

My first impression of the restaurant was that it had a great atmosphere, with music playing and special lighting. I was instantly charmed by the decor and friendly staff, who made me feel right at home.

Boy, was I in for a treat when it came time to try their pizza. The crust was cooked to perfection – light and crispy at the same time. The cheese was flavorful and melted perfectly into each slice. And their homemade sauces were simply mouthwatering!

I also sampled some of their other Italian dishes, which were equally delicious. Their lasagna is especially noteworthy – very creamy and flavorful. Nothing short of amazing!

Overall, Ninos pizza & Italian Restaurant truly lived up to its reputation as one of the best pizzerias in Reading PA. If you want an amazing pizza experience that you won’t forget anytime soon, I highly recommend it!

I was overwhelmed by the sheer variety of toppings they offer. From buffalo chicken to spinach and feta, they’ve got something for everyone. Not to mention their signature dishes like Grandma’s Tomato Basil Pizza and the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza were simply divine!

The pizzas are fresh and delicious – the crust is cooked to perfection, while still remaining light and fluffy. The cheese is gooey and melty in all the right places, and the flavors of each topping really shine through.

The atmosphere inside DMA Pizza is friendly and welcoming – you’ll feel like family from the moment you step in! The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to help you find your favorite pizza or suggest a new combination for you to try out.

To top it off, DMA Pizza always has fantastic specials running that make it really easy for everyone to get a great deal on their pizza dinner.

It’s clear why DMA Pizza is considered one of the best pizza places in Reading PA – I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather go when I’m in need of an amazing slice (or three)!

Let me start by saying that the atmosphere at Nonno Alby’s Brick-oven Pizza is exquisite. Not only are the walls adorned with classic Italian decor, but also they were recently refurbished to give the space an even more inviting feel.

The pizza itself? Out of this world! It’s cooked in a brick oven to achieve that perfect combination of crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside crust. On top, you can find all manner of fresh ingredients—from pepperoni to mushrooms to peppers and more. Everything is perfectly balanced, so each bite tastes like a little slice of Italian heaven!

To top it off, service at Nonno Alby’s Brick-oven Pizza was delightful. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended dishes for us that fit our tastes perfectly. Plus, he made sure we had refills on drinks when needed and answered all questions we had without fail.

I chose The ‘Old-Fashioned’ Pie—a classic combination of pepperoni, mushrooms, and peppers. I was delighted to find that the individual ingredients tasted fresher and more flavorful than any pizza I had tried before.

The crust was cooked perfectly, not too crunchy but still providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. The tomato sauce was sweet and tangy without being overpowering or too salty. Each topping left me wanting more.

Service wise, Nino & Son’s has it down. My order was ready in under 10 minutes and the staff members were friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

I’ve been everywhere from Italy to New York, but I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the pizza at Fat Boyz. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the delicious aromas of fresh pizza and garlic filling the air. The ambiance is inviting and comfortable – just like their pizza that’s perfectly cooked with a perfectly crunchy crust.

The restaurant has a traditional Italian vibe, with red-checkered tablecloths and a brick oven right in the center. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing – just the kind of place you want to eat pizza in!
