I have to say, I was a bit skeptical when I first walked in. The small storefront and almost complete lack of décor seemed like an unlikely place for an outstanding pizza. But boy, was I wrong!
The staff were very welcoming and took my orders with great care. As soon as we received our order, we could see the quality of Angelos Pizza. The thin crust was cooked to perfection and the flavor of the sauce and toppings exploded across my tongue. It was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!
The other thing that makes Angelos Pizza stand out is their prices – you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere else. Their pizzas are well priced and they even offer deals if you buy multiple pizzas at once.

#2 Dimi’s Place

My experience at Dimi’s Place was nothing short of amazing. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and most importantly, the pizza was out of this world!
I started with a classic margherita pizza that had a light, crisp crust that melted in my mouth. The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and paired nicely with the cheese.
Next up I went for their signature ‘Dimi’s Delight’. Wow! What an explosion of flavors! The sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms were perfectly cooked with just enough bite to keep me intrigued. All combined together on another delectable crust…yummmmm!!
In conclusion Dimi’s Place has earned my seal of approval as having some of the best pizza in Cambridge MA. If you enjoy good quality pizza then definitely check out Dimi’s Place – you won’t be disappointed!
#3 Armando’s Pizza

I visited Armando’s Pizza and was absolutely amazed at the quality of pizza they served. The crust was thin yet flavorful, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings were just right. The sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food. They made sure we had everything we needed before and after our meal. And their prices are quite reasonable for a top notch pizza joint.
Most importantly, I’m very impressed with the taste of this pizza! It’s clearly one of the best tasting pizzas I’ve ever had in my travels across the globe. With traditional flavor combinations like Margherita or unique creations like their Fire Pizza, Armando’s is definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in Cambridge MA!

The menu offers plenty of vegetarian options, which is great for people who don’t eat meat. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is always cooked to perfection – it’s crisp and flavorful. Not to mention, their savory sauces!
The best part of the restaurant is that they always offer dessert after your meal. It’s a delicious way to end a great dinner.

#5 Half-Shell

I’m not exaggerating when I say that their crust is the lightest and crispiest I’ve ever had. The tomato sauce was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, and the toppings were just the right amount of savory. Not only were all the ingredients fresh, but they clearly know how to properly cook a pizza – it wasn’t greasy or burnt in the slightest.
The atmosphere at Half-Shell was great as well. It had a modern, rustic feel without being pretentious and had an inviting energy to it. The staff is friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about their food which made my experience all the more enjoyable.
I can confidently say that Half-Shell serves up some of, if not the best pizza in Cambridge MA. If you’re looking for something delicious and authentically Italian then this is definitely your spot!
#6 All Star Pizza Bar

The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with their modern decor and wide selection of beer and wine. I chose the classic Margherita pizza, and was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the ingredients. The dough had a perfect crunch, acidic balance from the sauce, and aromatic herbs that made each bite truly delicious.
The service staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs – they even offered to refill my drink for free!
Overall, All Star Pizza Bar offers an enjoyable dining experience. But make sure you come hungry: the portions are huge! My only suggestion is that they offer more items on their menu – their selection is currently limited to pizzas, wings, salads, and pasta dishes. Regardless, no one can argue that All Star Pizza Bar serves some of the best pizza in Cambridge MA!
#7 Area Four

From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the atmosphere. The restaurant had a hip vibrancy and upscale feeling that I rarely experience in pizza places.
The menu was extensive and delicious. After careful consideration, I selected the Perfect Pie—pepperoni, mozzarella, onions, mushrooms, basil and garlic olive oil on top of their signature homemade dough.
The first bite was amazing! All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. This exceptional blend of flavors made for an incredible taste sensation that I will never forget!
The service was also top notch—the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
Overall, Area Four is an incredible place to get some of the best pizza in Cambridge MA! If you’re looking for a memorable pizza experience, this is definitely the place to go!
#8 Cambridge Pizzeria

I was immediately smitten when I bit into my first slice. The crust was just the right balance of crispness and chewiness, and the tomato sauce was just bursting with flavor. The cheese was plentiful and had a slight hint of char – it almost melted in my mouth!
On top of that, Cambridge Pizzeria also offers some interesting topping combinations. I tried their Italian Sausage + Gorgonzola pizza – an absolute winner! The sausage paired perfectly with the creamy gorgonzola, and the bits of red pepper gave a nice pop of heat.

The atmosphere was inviting and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.
The pizza selection was impressive and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. The crust was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crunchy chewiness. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the flavors all came together perfectly in each bite. I’m especially impressed by their signature meatball sub – it’s one of the best subs I’ve ever tasted!

From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had found something special. The atmosphere in Arams #2 House of Pizza was so inviting and cozy that it made me feel like I was at home.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my meal, never once making me feel like a stranger.
And when the pizza arrived, it was even better than expected! It had a perfectly crispy crust with just the right amount of char on it, beautifully melted cheese and freshly cooked sauce.
To top it all off, each slice of pizza was bursting with flavor, leaving me wanting more every single time. And trust me when I say that after trying several different pizzas from Arams #2 House of Pizza, this place is definitely worth visiting for anyone looking for the best pizza in Cambridge MA!
#11 Kendall House of Pizza
Their classic thin crust pizza is my favorite. It’s always cooked to perfection and has a nice, crisp texture. The cheese melts and bubbles in all the right places and the sauce has just the right kick to it! Their toppings are super fresh, too – so no soggy pizzas here.
But that’s not all – their specialty pizzas are out of this world! From their Classic Supreme to the Pink Panther (their signature white-sauce style pie), there’s something for everyone. Even picky eaters will find something they love here! The folks at Kendall House of Pizza really put thought into each pie and it shows.
To top it all off, the vibe in this place is great – cheerful staff, upbeat music, and customers who come back time and time again. If you’re looking for an amazing slice of pizza in Cambridge MA, look no further than Kendall House of Pizza!

Service at Oggi Gourmet is efficient and friendly—the team is always ready to answer questions about topping combos or help you choose a beer that will pair nicely with your pizza.
All in all, Oggi Gourmet has stood out as one of the best pizza joints in Cambridge MA that I’ve had the pleasure of checking out. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in town!
