#1 Vespa Healthy Italian Café Sedona
- Serves alcohol
- Has some vegetarian options
- Nice tourist spot
- Offers dessert
I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical when I saw the words “healthy” and “pizza” in the same sentence. But to my surprise, the pizza here is out of this world! They use simple ingredients and put a healthy twist on classic Italian flavors.
I had the opportunity to try a few of their delicious pizzas. The Margherita was one of my favorites – flavorful tomatoes, fragrant basil, mozzarella cheese, and a great crust. It was freshly prepared, with just enough char from the wood-fired oven that gave it an extra boost of flavor.
The Mushroom & Spinach pizza was also perfectly cooked with mushrooms that were incredibly flavorful and spinach that had been wilted to perfection.
My favorite pizza though was definitely the Zucchini & Prosciutto pizza. The combination of zucchini slices and small pieces of prosciutto make this arguably the best pizza in Sedona AZ. Plus they pile on lots of fresh mozzarella cheese – so yum!
Overall, Vespa Healthy Italian Café Sedona is a great spot for those looking to enjoy amazing pizza without sacrificing taste or quality. In fact it’s probably one of the best places you can get pizza in Sedona AZ!

#2 Pisa Lisa
- Nice tourist spot
- Has some vegetarian options
- Has insanely good dessert
- Has a kid’s menu
- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)
- No delivery
From the moment I stepped foot into Pisa Lisa, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Not only do they serve alcohol – and hard liquor! – but they have a fantastic kid’s menu for kids who want to eat there, too. On top of that, there are some great vegetarian options for those who abstain from eating meat.
At the end of the night, though, what really made me smile was the insanely good desserts offered by Pisa Lisa. At this point I’m convinced that they put their heart and soul into crafting each delicious slice of pizza.
The only downside to Pisa Lisa is that they don’t offer delivery services – you have to go there in person. But besides that, it’s a wonderful tourist spot with great food and drinks! I’d highly recommend making your way down to Pisa Lisa to experience some of the best pizza in Sedona AZ!
#3 Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen Sedona
- Nice tourist spot
- Offers dessert
- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)
- Has some vegetarian options
- Has a kid’s menu
At first glance, it’s easy to mistake this place for an ordinary Italian restaurant. But the truth is, there’s something special about Picazzo’s.
Their pizzas are made from fresh ingredients and cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven giving them an unmistakable flavor. The crust is thin and deliciously crunchy, perfect for a thin-crust enthusiast like myself. And the toppings are so flavorful you won’t believe it! I particularly enjoyed their speciality Pizza Bianca, topped with olive oil, garlic, arugula, shaved Parmesan and burrata cheese.
But the thing that makes Picazzo’s stand out above all other pizza places I have visited is that they offer healthy options too! Their whole wheat crust is just as delicious as their regular one and they have several vegetarian and vegan options available. This is great news for those of us who want to enjoy pizza without overindulging.
All in all, if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Sedona AZ then look no further than Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen Sedona. Everything here is top-notch – from the quality of the ingredients to the friendly staff – and you can rest assured that you’ll be getting a wholesome meal without breaking your diet!
#4 Hideaway House
- Has a kid’s menu
- Nice tourist spot
- Has some vegetarian options
- Has insanely good dessert
- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)
The experience starts with the staff—they truly care about making sure you have an enjoyable time. They go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and that your pizza is just right.
Once your pizza arrives, you won’t be disappointed. The crust is a perfect combination of fluffy and crunchy, while the cheese is a delightful mix of sharpness and creaminess. And the toppings? Absolutely fresh—I tasted every one!
But probably my favorite thing about Hideaway House is how they don’t take themselves too seriously. When I asked for extra sauce on my pizza, they joked they’d throw bottles at me so I could put it on myself! How’s that for pizzeria humor?
All in all, Hideaway House gets five stars from me. If you’re looking for a good laugh and some of the best pizza in Sedona AZ, head over there tonight!
#5 Pago’s Pizzeria and Italian Cuisine
- Serves alcohol
- Offers dessert
- Has a kid’s menu
- Nice tourist spot
The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, yet not lacking in modern amenities. As we entered, a friendly staff greeted us with a warm smile before leading us to our table.
The menu at Pago’s is surprisingly varied and interesting. Not only is there delicious pizza, but they also have an impressive selection of Italian dishes and appetizers that really hit the spot!
When our pizza arrived, I can honestly say that I have never had anything like it before – it was like nothing I’d ever tasted! The crust had just the right amount of crunch, with plenty of cheese mixed in for flavor. And when it came to toppings, you could choose from everything from classic pepperoni to pineapple and jalapeno — all cooked perfectly.
All in all, I think that Pago’s Pizzeria and Italian Cuisine is simply one of the best pizza places I’ve encountered during my travels! If you’re ever in Sedona AZ looking for the best pizza around, this is definitely a must-visit restaurant.

The atmosphere of the place is homey and inviting with a rustic vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and take your time enjoying your meal.
I opted for their signature chicken pesto pizza with artichokes, red onions, and roasted garlic. The first bite had me sold! The crunchy crust was thin and perfect, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese melted to perfection. While this may not be traditional pizza, it matched the creative spirit of Moondog’s.
The service was top-notch as well. My server was cheerful and warm and my drink was never empty. They made sure I had everything I needed, even when I asked for extra parmesan.

In my experience, I’ve found that it’s often the small touches that make or break a pizza joint. Canyon Breeze has nailed them all! Their alcohol selection is great – not just beer and wine but hard liquor too! And if you’re visiting Sedona with kids, they have a kid’s menu so no one feels left out.
Their pizzas are amazing, too. No matter what your favorite toppings are they have something to satisfy everyone’s cravings. Plus, they offer dessert – which., let’s be honest, is always a great idea after stuffing yourself with a few slices of their signature pepperoni and garlic deliciousness.

I was instantly impressed when I walked in the restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting and warm, with a cover band playing classic rock tunes in the background. They serve alcohol (and hard liquor!) which is always an added bonus for me. The menu had some great vegetarian options, as well as a kid’s menu, so I knew it was family-friendly.
I started off with their signature garlic knots – crunchy on the outside, soft inside and oh so garlicky – then moved onto their pizza selection. All of the pizzas were cooked to perfection and loaded with fresh ingredients like bell peppers, olives and mushrooms.
