I’ve had pizza in Rome, Naples, and even New York, but nothing compares to this place. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell that this wasn’t just any typical pizza joint. The atmosphere was inviting, with a cozy vibe, and you could instantly tell that they take their pizza seriously.
The menu had a great selection of pizzas from a classic pepperoni to gourmet specialty pies featuring seasonal ingredients. What started with the classic American pepperoni slice quickly escalated to something much more. The signature white pizza was a gastronomic treat – creamy ricotta smothered in fresh garlic and topped with some of Hartford’s most flavorful mushrooms and flavorful herbs.
But their true masterpiece is the grilled eggplant parmesan pizza. It’s the perfect combination of flavors – sweet, savory, and crispy all at once! The eggplant was cooked perfectly, providing a textural contrast with the freshly grated cheese and tangy tomato sauce.
I can honestly say that HFC CHICKEN AND PIZZA has some of the best pizza in Hartford CT. The taste, texture, and creative use of ingredients make these pies stand out from the rest. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking out a unique pizza dining experience!
