#1 Rosario’s Pizza

My visit was full of surprises – from the moment I stepped into the restaurant and saw the kid-friendly arcade set up (which would have been great if I had brought my kids with me – then again, maybe not – they may have never left). The atmosphere was just what you’d expect in a pizza joint; classic rock blaring from the jukebox and an old-school pinball machine.

When it came to the food, I couldn’t help but be impressed. The thin and crispy crust was expertly prepared and it made for a truly delicious experience. Topping wise, Rosario’s certainly doesn’t disappoint! There were all kinds of unique combinations like pineapple and sausage or jalapeños and pepperoni… something for everyone!

But it wasn’t just the food that set Rosario’s apart – their staff are some of the nicest people around. From my waiter who could explain each ingredient to perfection, to my server who made sure to personally check on us throughout our meal – Rosario’s knows how to keep customers happy.

#2 Brooklyn’s Pizzeria & AfterHours

I’m always looking for places that offer something special, and this place certainly fits the bill. Not only can you get phenomenal pizza here, but they also serve alcohol – including hard liquor! If you’re bringing kids along, they have a great kid’s menu. And don’t forget to save room for dessert!

This is also a great spot for tourists and locals alike. It’s the kind of establishment where you can feel good about taking your family or friends out for dinner (and maybe a few drinks). Plus it’s the perfect place to catch all the big games on TV.

The only downside I can find with Brooklyn’s Pizzeria & AfterHours is that they don’t offer delivery. But considering that this is some of the best pizza in Concord NC, it’s worth driving over there to get it!

I was immediately transported to a place of flavorful bliss as soon as I stepped foot in Isabela’s Pizza. With a wide variety of toppings and crust options, it was hard to pick my favorite pizza!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, just like any classic Italian pizzeria. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I felt right at home.

To get started, I ordered some garlic knots to snack on while we waited for our pizza. They were absolutely delicious! The garlic butter, fresh parsley, and Parmesan cheese added an extra layer of flavor to the appetizer.

When it was time for the main course, I couldn’t wait to see what Isabela’s Pizza had in store for me! My expectations were certainly exceeded with their signature pie – the “Isabela”. I was skeptical at first — the restaurant doesn’t have a great reputation, and the place itself looks like it’s been around since the 80s. But one bite of their pizza changed all that!

The crust is deliciously crunchy and thin, the toppings are always fresh and generous, and the sauce has just the right level of flavor. The combination creates a pizza that’s out-of-this-world delicious.

I only wish they offered delivery so I didn’t have to wait in line! Then again, sometimes I think it’s worth it — standing in line allows me to watch as they prepare each pizza with tender loving care. There’s no denying that Danny knows how to make some amazing pizzas.

The staff is friendly and accommodating as they scoot around the restaurant making sure everyone is well taken care of.
