The welcoming atmosphere, the mouthwatering aromas and the friendly staff had me feeling right at home. I ordered the Corbos Special, a pizza loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and green peppers that was truly divine. The crust was light and crispy while still being soft enough to fold in my hands. The sauce was full of flavor without being overpowering and the cheese melted perfectly.

My experience didn’t end with just the pizza though! Corbos also has a great selection of pastas for those looking for something different. The lasagna I tried was one of the best I’ve ever had; it was cooked perfectly al dente and the meaty sauce loaded with cheese gave it a rich depth of flavor that is hard to find elsewhere.

It’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, with delicious and creative pizza creations, each made in its own brick oven. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was surrounded by the irresistibly mouthwatering aroma of dough and cheese, setting me up for an absolutely incredible experience.

I opted to try the signature deep dish style pie and it did not disappoint! It had a lovely thin crust, packed with melted mozzarella cheese and juicy tomatoes that burst with flavor. The tomato sauce was spot on in terms of seasoning, which made for an incredibly satisfying meal.

The crust was perfect: crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. The cheeses were perfectly melted, creating a heavenly layer of flavor. And the sauce…oh, the sauce! It was rich, garlicky, and slightly sweet – a veritable symphony of flavors.

I also had some of their garlic knots which were equally delicious. They were enormous and wonderfully savory with lots of garlic and herbs. They also came with an herb butter dip which added even more flavor to each bite!
