In my travels, I’ve been to some seriously impressive pizza joints in places like Italy, Chicago, and New York City. But don’t worry, Mission Viejo – you hold your own in the pizza game! I visited twelve spots over the past few weeks and found some truly delicious pies.

#1 Sal’s Pizzeria

The atmosphere was warm and friendly, with a cozy family vibe. Plus, the staff was super nice, which is always a plus!

The pizza was amazing. The crust was light and fluffy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The cheese tasted like it had been freshly grated that day, which I loved. Not to mention, the sauce had a nice kick that kept me coming back for more slices.

I even had time to try some of the side dishes – there were some delicious garlic knots that I’ve been dreaming about ever since! They also served some really good Italian subs, though I’d stick with their pizza if you want the best experience.

Overall, Sal’s Pizzeria has lived up to its reputation as one of the best pizza places in Mission Viejo. If you’re looking for a great meal out with some friends or family, this is definitely the spot to go!

#2 Ballpark Pizza Team

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great too. There’s a nice sports theme going on with memorabilia from teams all over the country hanging up in the dining area – it really makes you feel like you’re in a ballpark. The staff were also incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and advice for choosing the best pizza toppings for my taste.

And when it comes to flavor, there are no disappointments here! The crust was light and fluffy, the sauce was savory and flavorful, and they offer a huge variety of topping options so there’s something for everyone. I opted for pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives – my favorite combination – and it was delicious!

The restaurant has a casual, yet classy vibe and the staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to answer any questions you might have.

I started my pizza journey with the classic Margherita – it was cooked in an extremely hot wood fired oven which made for a crispy and charred crust. The tomato sauce was flavorful and the mozzarella melted perfectly into the crevices between each slice. Delicious!

Next up I sampled their Prosciutto e Funghi pizza, which featured tasty Italian prosciutto and mushrooms atop a thin, chewy crust. It was like eating a piece of Italy on a plate!

I then moved on to their specialty sausage pizza. This pie had spicy Italian sausage, roasted bell peppers, fresh basil leaves, and cheese. Each bite had just enough spice that really brought out all of the fantastic flavors in this dish. I was pleasantly surprised by how good this one was!

When I walked in, the first thing that caught my eye was the large oven. It was like a beacon of deliciousness! The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating for me and my friends.

The pizza itself was quite something—the bring difference between mission viejobest pizza in Mission Viejo and any other pizza I’ve had before! The crust was just the right amount of crispy and chewy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was so gooey that it almost melted off the slice in my hand!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pizza was cooked to perfection. The dough had just the right ratio of crunchy and chewy, and the array of toppings gave each slice its own delicious flavor. I also enjoyed their large selection of specialty pies, all made with fresh ingredients.

The staff at Santora’s Pizza Subs & Wings were incredibly helpful and friendly, which only added to my enjoyable experience. They made sure that my meal was cooked just right, and even topped it off with a bit of extra cheese.

I could see why this place is a popular spot for locals and travelers alike. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with the smell of freshly-baked pizza wafting through the restaurant.

I tried all of their pizza offerings, and each one was more delicious than the last! The crust had just the right amount of crispness and the toppings were expertly prepared. No flavor overpowered another, which can happen sometimes when ordering from a subpar pizza joint.

Aside from great pizza, Antonucci’s is known for its fresh seafood dishes. I was not disappointed – the salmon was cooked to perfection! Plus, they have an extensive wine selection that pairs nicely with your meal (and you know how I love my wine!).

All in all, my visit to Antonucci’s Italian & Seafood Restaurant left me feeling satisfied and happy. This is definitely one of Mission Viejo’s best pizzerias – don’t miss out next time you’re in town!

I’m always looking for a pizza that will make my mouth water, and this place certainly did! The crust was perfect – light and crispy with just the right amount of char around the edges. The sauce was delicious as well – a perfect balance between sweet and savory. Then there were the toppings – they definitely added something special to each slice. I must admit, this is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had!

The ambience in New York Pizzeria is also something to be mentioned. It’s inviting and laid-back, yet still a bit fancy. Plus, it’s always filled with laughter and conversations from both customers and employees alike – it makes for a great atmosphere.

Overall, if you’re ever in Mission Viejo and looking for some great pizza, then look no further than New York Pizzeria! Trust me when I say that you won’t regret it.

Sit down dining in the restaurant itself is a great experience too – the atmosphere is fun and relaxed, making it an ideal spot to grab a slice with friends after work or on weekend evenings.

I was so impressed with their selection! From classic top-notch Margherita pizzas to unique and creative Sausage & Artichoke combos, Cosentino’s Pizza had something for everyone. My personal favorite was their White Clam Focaccia—just the perfect amount of garlic, olive oil, and cheese!

The atmosphere at Cosentino’s Pizza is cozy yet refined. The decor is modern and stylish, but not over-the-top. It’s a great place to go on a date night or for an intimate gathering with friends. The service was also excellent; my server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire dining experience.

The atmosphere is inviting with a modern design and plenty of seating. You can order your pizza online so you don’t even have to wait in line, but if you do come in person, the staff is friendly and attentive.

The pizza itself was out of this world! It had the perfect amount of cheese, sauce, and dough. Everything was cooked to perfection and it left me wanting more. The toppings were fresh and flavorful too – they added an extra flavor dimension I haven’t experienced anywhere else.
