I’ve been around the world looking for delicious pizza, and I thought I’d give these Newington places a shot. After trying 12 different pizzerias in the city, here’s my pick for the best one.

The tone of this article is lighthearted and humorous. I’m no serious food critic grading restaurants on a curve; I simply want to find good pizza wherever I go! So Newington had better bring its A-game if it wants to stand up to some of Italy’s finest slices.

#1 Turnpike pizzeria

Let’s start with the crust. The crust was light and fluffy and had that classic pizza flavor that you expect from a top-notch pizzeria. It was cooked to perfection – not too crunchy and not too soft.

Next, let’s talk about the toppings. Turnpike has an impressive selection of toppings, including pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, olives, pineapple – you name it! All the toppings were fresh and had amazing flavor combinations that really made me smile.

The sauce was something special as well. It had just the right amount of spice without being too overpowering. And don’t forget about the cheese – ooey-gooey goodness all around!

All in all, there’s no denying that Turnpike is one of the best pizza places in Newington CT. I can confidently say that you won’t be disappointed if you choose them for your next pizza night out!

The classic cheese pizza was simply delicious – a nice thin crust, perfectly melted cheese and just the right amount of tomato sauce. The veggies were super fresh and flavorful.

I’m also a fan of their specialty pies. My favorites so far are the Philly cheesesteak pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza and the garlic parmesan white pizza. All were cooked to perfection!

The atmosphere is inviting and cozy with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are always quick and helpful too which adds to the enjoyment of eating here.

Overall I would highly recommend Phoenix Pizzeria for anyone who wants a great slice of pizza in Newington CT – you will not be disappointed!

My experience at Elm Hill Pizza was certainly a memorable one. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew that this place wasn’t your average pizzeria. The atmosphere was cheerful and inviting, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that my time there would be enjoyable.

The pizza itself was an absolute delight! The flavorful crust, fresh toppings and zesty sauce were a combination that could not be beat. I also had the pleasure of meeting some of the owners during my visit, who were more than happy to share stories and tips on how they make their amazing pizzas. They truly care about making sure each customer has a great experience.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with an old-school vibe that I absolutely love. From the vintage ovens to the handmade tables, it all adds a little something extra to the pizza experience.

The menu has a wide variety of options, from classic Italian-style pizzas to more adventurous recipes like their Feta & Spinach Grilled Pizza. Each and every pizza is freshly made with only the freshest ingredients. The crusts are crisp and flavorful, just like a good pizza should be!

The service was top notch as well. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, taking time to explain each item on the menu so we could make an informed decision. He even offered us some of his own favorite recommendations which turned out to be great!

All in all, I must say this is one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve visited in Newington CT! I highly recommend you check it out if you’re ever in the area looking for some delicious pizza!

The pizza is made with quality dough that’s cooked to perfection and topped with a delicious blend of toppings. From the pepperoni and sausage to the broccoli and mushrooms, all of the ingredients are top-notch. The cheese melts perfectly with each bite, adding a wonderful flavor to the pie.

I love the way they’re able to combine different flavors in each slice. Whether it’s a classic combination like pepperoni and mushroom or something more creative like pineapple and jalapeno, Town Line does an excellent job of creating new flavors that pair well together.

The staff at Town Line is super friendly too! They treat you like family from the moment you walk in until you leave. I had a great time chatting with them while waiting for my order, which was delivered quickly.

Finally, I have to mention how generous they are with their portion sizes – you can definitely get full off of one slice! I never leave feeling hungry when I come here.

Overall, Town Line Pizza & Restaurant has been my favorite pizza spot since visiting Newington CT! They offer delicious pies that are cooked perfectly every time and generous portions for an affordable price – it’s no wonder why this place is so popular!

When I walked into the restaurant, the manager greeted me with a big smile and immediately seated me at a cozy table for two. The atmosphere was warm and inviting – definitely the kind of place that I could spend hours in.

I stopped by one night, expecting to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant looks humble on the outside, but inside it’s got a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff that really make you feel at home.

The pizza is really something special – the crust is thin and crispy, and the flavors are great. You can actually taste the quality of ingredients that go into each slice. They’ve got everything from classic pepperoni and cheese to more unique creations like feta and spinach.

I have tried a variety of pizzas over the years, but nothing can compare to the pizza I found here. The dough was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crunch. Additionally, they seemed to be able to capture the perfect balance between sweetness and saltiness when it came to their toppings. I could definitely taste the freshness in every bite!

Most importantly though, I loved their welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I met was so friendly and accommodating that it felt like being at home – except with much better pizza.

The service was also top-notch. My order came out quickly and there were no issues at all with my takeout order. The waitstaff was knowledgable about all their menu items and were able to recommend a great selection for me based on my tastes.
