The sauce is unique too. Unlike typical red sauces, it’s more of an olive-oil based mix with lots of herbs and spices. It’s savory without being overly acidic or tangy.
The toppings are all top-notch! Fresh vegetables perfectly cut to order, generous amounts of cheese without being overly heavy—it’s definitely a winning combo. Plus they offer an eclectic selection of meats and seafoods to top off your pie.
Finally—the presentation! After your pizza arrives at your table you can tell that a lot of thought was put into crafting each individual pie. You won’t find any irregularly shaped pizzas here! Plus, the staff was always friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions about what toppings to add.
