I went to Raceway in search of the perfect slice and was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with smiling faces and delicious aromas of pizza fresh out of the oven.

The menu was expansive, offering a myriad of pizzas — from classic pepperoni to unique combinations like their ‘Taco Supreme’ with ricotta cheese, chorizo, diced tomatoes and jalapenos. I opted for the Classic Cheese Pizza — a perfect blend of cheese, tomatoes and herbs that had been baked to crispy perfection.

The pizza was simply divine! The crust was so perfectly thin and soft that I could just fold it up and eat it without worrying about toppings spilling everywhere. The cheese was gooey and flavorful, while the sauce added just enough acidity to keep everything in balance.

When I first stepped in, the place had a peaceful and inviting aura. The pizza dough was freshly made with local ingredients and they had a wide selection of pizzas to choose from.

I’m not sure how they do it, but their pies are consistently amazing. The pizza crust is light and flaky, while the sauce and toppings have the perfect balance of flavor. I just can’t get enough!
