I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza, so I’ve spent the past few days researching and taste-testing some of the best pizza places in Chillicothe. After sampling 11 local pizzerias, I’m ready to declare which restaurant takes the title for Best Pizza in Chillicothe OH.

#1 Zanzis Pizza Chillicothe (Coming Soon!)

The first thing that drew me to Zanzis Pizza was the aroma of freshly made pizza wafting out the door every time I walked by. I knew that if they could get the smell right, they could definitely deliver on the taste. And boy did they! The pizza dough was perfectly crisped and had just the right amount of seasoning and cheese to make this a memorable pizza experience.

But what really impressed me about Zanzis Pizza was their use of fresh, locally grown ingredients. You can tell that an extra effort has gone into creating each dish with handcrafted care and attention to detail. Plus, their selection of toppings was nothing short of outstanding! From different cheeses, sauces and diverse meats and vegetables – all chosen for their distinct flavors – I felt like I’d stepped into my own private pizza paradise.

The only downside to Zanzis is that there’s currently no delivery option available (Come on, Zanzis: Get with it!). But if you’re looking for some truly amazing pizza in Chillicothe OH without having to leave your home, you should definitely pay a visit when they open. Trust me: It will be worth it!

#2 Julio’s Pizzeria

I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. Everything from the decor to the friendly staff made me think that this place deserved a second look. The menu was diverse and feature all sorts of pizzas that are sure to please any palate.

As for the pizza itself, it’s just out of this world! It has just the right proportion of crustiness and chewiness, so you don’t feel like you’re eating cardboard. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and definitely added to the overall experience.

Overall, Julio’s Pizzeria is a must-try if you find yourself in Chillicothe OH looking for a great pizza experience! It truly is one of the best places to get your pizza fix in town. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be hooked!

#3 Fire And Stone Pizzeria

The pizza is packed full of flavor, and the crust is superbly crunchy. The toppings are always fresh and the sauces they use make it an explosion of flavor.

Not only that, but they also have a great selection of alcohol to go with your pizza! Whether you’re in the mood for beer or wine, they have something for everyone! Plus, if you still have room after your meal, they offer some amazing desserts that will take your taste buds on a journey.

On top of all that, Fire And Stone Pizzeria is also a great tourist spot to check out – the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed and it’s perfect for enjoying quality time with friends and family.

The only downside about this place is that there’s no delivery option available; however, if you’re in Chillicothe OH looking for the best pizza around, then Fire And Stone Pizzeria is definitely worth checking out!

#4 Giovanni’s Pizza

From the moment I stepped through their doors, I was wowed. The decor was inviting with its warm colors and photos of Italy adorning the walls.

But it wasn’t until I took my first bite of their delicious pizza that my mouth started to water. They have a wide variety of pizzas, from classic cheese and pepperoni to more unique options like prosciutto and arugula or buffalo chicken. Every single minute detail is carefully thought out for each pizza — from the perfect ratio of crust to sauce to the exact spices needed for each topping.

I highly recommend trying the shrimp scampi pizza. It’s topped with creamy garlic sauce, plump shrimp and parmesan cheese that melts when you take a bite. The crust is cooked just right so it’s crispy on the outside yet chewy in the middle.

Giovanni’s Pizza has definitely earned a spot in my Top Pizza Restaurants list! If you’re ever in Chillicothe OH, stop by this place and you won’t regret it – they truly are serving up some of the best pizza around!

I’ve had pizza everywhere from Rome to New York, and Mister Sub’s definitely stands out from the rest. The crust is perfect – light yet crisp, and not too thick. Plus, if you’re feeling adventurous, they have some creative options too – like their ‘Texas Chainsaw’ or ‘Buffalo Chicken’.

The restaurant itself is small but well-kept and cozy, and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, which was delicious! The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of sauce. The cheese was melted beautifully, making it an absolute pleasure to eat. I could tell they had used only the freshest ingredients possible!

The toppings were generous too – there were lots of juicy slices of pepperoni, so much so that some of them started to hang over the edges. This made for a truly delightful pizza eating experience.

To top it off, Acord’s Pizza & Subs also offers great prices – meaning you get quality pizzas at a fraction of the price. What more could you ask for?!

The pizza crust is perfectly prepared every single time. It’s crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside. The homemade sauce is also spot-on with its blend of herbs and spices that enhances any topping combination you can think of. Plus, the toppings are always fresh, making for an unbeatable flavor combo!

It comes as no surprise that PIZZA PIONEER KINNIKINNICK has become one of Chillicothe OH’s most beloved pizza joints. If you’re looking for an amazing pizza experience, then this is definitely the place to go. My stomach demands it!

#8 Cristy’s Pizza

I found myself skeptical of this restaurant at first – how could a small-town pizza joint compete with the amazing slices I’ve experienced around the world? But when I took that first bite, my doubts were gone.

The crust was thin and crisp, with just the right amount of crunch. The sauce had plenty of flavor, while still being mild enough to let the rest of the toppings shine. Every topping was fresh and flavorful, from the pepperonis to the mushrooms to the olives.

But then there’s Cristy’s special brand of cheese: stringy perfection! As soon as I bit into it, I knew that nobody else was even close to creating something so delicious. It’s clear that whoever’s making this pizza has been perfecting it for years now!

#11 Good Guys Pizza Subs & Pub

The crust was light and crisp, with just the right amount of flavor. The sauce was tangy and sweet and complemented the amazing selection of toppings that were fresh and abundant.

The pub side of Good Guys Pizza Subs & Pub also really impressed me. There was a great selection of beer, cocktails, and wines to accompany your meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it fun to just hang out with friends over some great pizza.

I particularly enjoyed the friendly staff who were always willing to answer any questions I had about the menu or offer suggestions for my pizza order. Plus, they were happy to accommodate my special request for extra cheese!
