After eating my way around the world, I thought I had tasted it all. But I was wrong—I hadn’t yet been to Linden NJ! After sampling 12 different pizza places in this part of the Garden State, I’m here to share my findings with you and report which pizzeria deserves the title of best.

#1 HUMBLE BRICKOVEN & BAR

I absolutely love how they serve alcohol – it takes the pizza experience to a whole other level – after all, pizza and beer is one of life’s great combinations!

The pizza crust is cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. The flavor combinations on the pizzas themselves are out of this world – definitely some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The portions are also very generous, so even after having had a few beers, you’re likely to take home leftovers!

And if you weren’t already full from the pizza, they also offer desserts which hit just the right spot. No matter what your craving is that day, you’ll find something you like at HUMBLE BRICKOVEN & BAR.

Of course there slight downside is that they don’t deliver but since the restaurant itself is very cozy and inviting, it more than makes up for it!

#2 Il Forno a Legna

When I arrived at this restaurant, the smell of homemade Italian dough was everywhere. The pizza ovens were burning in the background, and it all felt very cozy.

The pizzas here are out of this world! They make their pizzas with freshly made dough and sauce, premium ingredients, and unique toppings. My personal favorite was the Prosciutto & Arugula pizza. The prosciutto was so flavorful and savory, while the arugula added a nice crunchy texture to each bite. It was definitely one of the best pizza combinations I’ve ever had.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating as well. They make sure you have everything you need, from extra napkins to parmesan cheese on top of your slice.

All in all, I highly recommend Il Forno a Legna for anyone looking for some of the best pizza in Linden NJ – you won’t be disappointed!

#3 Linwood Inn Tap House Pizza & Grill

The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with old-school decor that really sets the mood for a perfect night out with friends. I can say without hesitation that this place is great for any occasion!

The pizza itself was amazing – the crust has just the right amount of crunch with an incredible flavor that pairs perfectly with the generous helpings of cheese and other toppings. The service was quite friendly and attentive as well; my order was served up quickly and hot!

Overall, my experience at Linwood Inn Tap House Pizza & Grill was fantastic. If you’re looking for the best pizza in Linden NJ, you won’t find better than here. Highly recommend!

#4 Pizza Village Cafe III

The smell of the wood-fired oven and the sound of the bubbling cheese are enough to make anyone’s mouth water. Once you’re seated and see all the delicious options, it’s hard to decide which one to get! The crusts are perfectly thin and crispy, and the various toppings all combine for a unique flavor experience.

I’m particularly fond of their signature “Cheesy Heaven” pie. It packed full of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. Each bite tastes like heaven, with just the right amount of savory toppings and a gooey layer of cheese.

The service was great too – everyone was friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was top-notch. The waitstaff had lots of knowledge about the menu and made recommendations based on our preferences.

Overall, I can confidently say that Pizza Village Cafe III has some of the best pizza in Linden NJ – or anywhere really! If you’re ever in town, do yourself a favor and enjoy a slice. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

#5 Pizzeria Montevideo

I was fortunate enough to learn about this place from a local friend and so I decided to give it a try.

As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting. The restaurant had a cozy yet modern vibe to it that made me feel right at home. Plus, there were plenty of wood-burning ovens that would look great in any Instagram feed!

But let’s get down to the nitty gritty: the pizza! I can confidently say that Pizzeria Montevideo offers some of the best pies in town. The crust was thin and crispy but with just enough chewiness to satisfy my taste buds. The toppings were fresh and flavorful and melted perfectly with the rest of the pizza. But what really sealed the deal for me was the sauce — it had a sweetness to it that complemented all the other flavors perfectly.

At the end of my meal, I felt like a kid again. Pizzeria Montevideo has certainly rekindled my love for pizza! If you haven’t tried their delicious pies yet, then what are you waiting for? It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in search of some of Linden NJ’s best pizza!

#6 Pasquale’s Pizzeria IV

I’ve never had a pizza quite as unique and delicious as the pizzas at Pasquale’s Pizzeria IV. The crust was thin and crisp, with just the right amount of seasoning that provided a perfect balance to the cheese and toppings.

The selection of toppings was extensive – everything from classic Italian sausage and pepperoni to more exotic offerings like pineapple, anchovies, and jalapeños. No matter what combination I chose, the final product was truly amazing.

Aside from their fantastic pizza pies, Pasquale’s Pizzeria IV also offers a nice wine selection as well as some tasty side dishes. The garlic knots are especially good!

Overall, if you’re looking for the best pizza in Linden NJ, Pasquale’s Pizzeria IV is definitely worth checking out–just be sure to bring your appetite!

#7 Michelinos

I was pleased to discover that Michelinos had all of the classic pizza toppings like mushrooms, pepperoni, and olives available. But they also offer unique toppings like artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and pulled pork – something you don’t see at just any pizza joint.

The pizza crust was light and airy but sturdy enough to hold up all the great ingredients. The sauce had a tantalizing blend of spices and herbs that left me wanting more!

The service was top notch; my waiter was friendly and attentive, providing excellent recommendations for topping combos. He obviously takes pride in his work.

Overall, Michelinos is easily the best pizza option in Linden NJ! If you’re looking for an amazing pizza experience, one that will leave your taste buds satisfied for days after eating it, then Michelinos is the place for you!

#8 Pizza Town

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was excellent – I was seated quickly and my order came out very quickly too.

The pizza itself was out of this world. It had the perfect balance of cheese to sauce, and the dough was cooked just right – not too crunchy and not too soft. And the toppings were amazing! They really let the tomato sauce shine through, using only fresh ingredients.

I tried their specialty pizza – the Italian Pizza Town. It has a nice kick from some crushed red pepper, bacon, Brussels sprouts, ham and tomatoes on top of a white garlic cream sauce. It’s so flavorful that it’s hard to describe with words!

Overall, if you’re looking for the best pizza in Linden NJ then look no further than Pizza Town! The quality of ingredients is incredible and it makes for an unforgettable pizza experience.

The place was a delightful surprise. The atmosphere was the perfect combination of cozy, inviting and casual – not too stuffy and not too informal. I loved the old-world style of the decor and could tell that they take pride in their establishment.

Their menu options are also impressive; they offer classic pizzas like pepperoni and margherita, as well as unique creations such as a Philly cheesesteak pizza. There’s something for everyone’s taste!

But what really makes Santillo’s Pizza stand out is their amazing brick oven. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, the smell of freshly cooked pizza hits you like a wave of deliciousness… it’s truly magical! They use only quality ingredients which give their pizzas a top-notch flavor.

Overall, my dining experience at Santillo’s Brick Oven Pizza was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some of best pizza in Linden NJ!

#10 Venice Pizza and Restaurant

The atmosphere was cozy, inviting, and filled with the delicious smell of baking pizza. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the wait time for our pies was minimal.

Once we got the pizzas, it quickly became clear why this place is so acclaimed. The crust had a perfect balance between crunchy and airy, the sauces were flavorful and unique, and all of the toppings were fresh and cooked to perfection.

I also liked that Venice Pizza provided a variety of options for special diets or allergies. There were vegan pizza options as well as gluten-free crusts available – something I haven’t seen at other places I’ve tried.

#11 Primavera’s Restaurant & Pizza

The first thing that struck me about Primavera’s was their variety of pizzas. I decided to go with the classic margherita pizza, and it was delicious! The crust had the perfect amount of crunch, the sauce was flavorful and tangy, and the melted cheese complemented it perfectly.

I also tried a few of their specialty pizzas, like their white-clam pizza topped with garlic, oregano and olive oil. It was heavenly! The best part about this pizza was definitely the combination of flavors in each bite – no one flavor overpowered another.

The service at Primavera’s is outstanding – they are so friendly and accommodating to everyone who walks in the door. They even let me try a few menu items on the house! I love restaurants that understand customer service is key to success.

My favorite part, however, are the toppings – whether it’s pepperoni or mushrooms, each topping is perfectly cooked and fresher than any pizza I’ve ever had.

Their service is also top-notch – they know how to treat their customers! Their staff is friendly and accommodating, taking time to answer questions and make sure everyone has a great experience.
